Welcome to our beautiful and rela North Shores beach house. Ideally situated just 350 steps from the beach, pool and tennis. Completely updated over the past 7 years with new kitchen, furniture, carpets/tile; windows, doors, landscaping, lighting, washer/dryer; featuring 4 BR's 2 w/ queens, 2 w/ 2 twins each and a pull out couch in the great room; awning on deck, tether ball and grill; Wonderful outdoor shower; 80 gallon hot water heater makes it hard to run out of hot water when a large group returns from the beach; TV, VCR, DVD. Wonderful great room with expanded dining table and game table. Dining seating for 10 plus more at kitchen peninsula; central AC system provides comfort on even the hottest beach days; Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, blender, crockpot, etc. Parking for 6 cars; Included is the daily set-up of a beach umbrella and 4 chairs by the North Shores beach service. Use of wonderful community amenities including pool, tennis, playground included

Wonderful vacation home!

Three generations of my family were easily accommodated and comfortable in this lovely but very family-friendly home. It was immaculate when we arrived, and had all the dishes and gadgets you could want. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the nice extra of chairs and umbrella aready set up for us each day. The pool is also terrific. Outdoor shower, perfect after the beach, large deck for socializing and nice yard for the kids, okay, the grandkids, to use. I would absolutely recommend this property, and would hope to rent it again if we return to the area. The owner is very easy to deal with, very willing to provide information on local restaurants, etc.
