Relax with views overlooking Lake Tahoe from the balcony or sneak in some work via the free Wi-Fi. The condo is a quiet, comfortable escape which is right next to the Heavenly chairlifts on the Nevada side.

Two new flat screen televisions and a home theater system have been installed to help you unwind at the end of a great day of skiing or snowboarding. There are three bedrooms, a loft, a kitchen full of cooking equipment and a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe, what more could you want? With 1,200+ square feet, the condo is more than adequate for great vacation times! The master bedroom has a new queen bed, a television, a spacious dresser and a secluded balcony. Also downstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed, a closet and a dresser. Our cozy living room comes complete with cable tv, a sound system and a wood burning fire place- the perfect place to end an amazing day out on the slopes.

The kitchen is full of all the essentials necessary to prepare dinner and you can eat at the dining room table overlooking Lake Tahoe. Upstairs you'll find our loft and a third bedroom. The loft features fantastic twin bunk beds, a writing desk, dresser and cable tv. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and dresser. Each floor has a bathroom. Finally, the washer and dryer make it easy and convenient to clean and dry your clothes to make sure you are warm your entire stay!

About The Owner

Work drug us away from the bay area, but it couldn’t keep us away from Tahoe! We absolutely love looking out over the lake from the balcony and the condo is minutes from skiing. It doesn’t get much better than that.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose Heavenly Valley

I don’t know where else in the world you can be at the base of great skiing in the winter, then four months later be minutes away from hanging out on the beach and going swimming in a gorgeous lake. We love the views and we love Heavenly and we love the beach. The condo is perfect for everything.

What makes this condo unique

Compared to an investment property or a hotel owned by some huge corporation, we love the condo and stay here on a regular basis. As such, we are always trying to find ways to improve things. Over the past year we have put thousands of dollars into upgrades because we want them, not because they make financial sense. All of the rental fees go back into the condo and we hope to continue to make improvements for which you will also be able to reap the benefits.

Wonderful Stay

We spent Labor Day week at the condo and had a great time. The condo was extremely clean, which is so important to us, and it was very comfortable. It was well equipped and convenient to so many of the activities in the Lake Tahoe area. We loved being able to hike right in the area, and having a full kitchen and grill made vacation even more relaxing so we could stay on top of the mountain after an exhausting day of hiking. Steve was great to work with and very helpful with providing information and recommendations. We would love to stay here again! The only thing to be aware of is that there are lots of stairs to get up to the condo. It wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for someone with mobility problems. We loved how relaxing the condo was and enjoyed the quiet! Thanks for sharing your great vacation home!

Our family spent the week at this condo. We sincerely enjoyed the comforts and convenience this condo has to offer. Great location and private. The view is fantastic and there seems to always be a nice cool breeze. It is just as described on the web page and is well-maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked. The washer and dryer work great. We will be checking availability next year. Highly recommended!!

Tahoe Cabin with Gorgeous Views!

We had a great time at this cabin. It is in a beautiful setting near the Heavenly Nevada lifts. There are gorgeous lake and sunset views right from the deck. It is in a nice development but you really feel much closer to the outdoors than you would by all the casinos in town. It's got the best of both worlds, it's outside of town and all the tourists and party people, but it's also conveniently located near a convenient store (only about 1/2 mile) and a pub too. We hiked on the Tahoe Rim Trail which is also right by the cabin. You are right on the rim, basically on the top of a beautiful ridge, it drops steep down to the Carson Valley on one side and down to the Lake on the other, really pretty. And there is a more upscale, lodge type restaurant with a pretty bar at the Ridge Resort too (same development, too far to walk but there is a shuttle stop right by the cabin), which I visited on another trip but didn't have time on this trip. Didn't even have enough time for the pool and hot tub! There is something for everyone here, enjoy it!
