The master suite and two additional guest bedrooms all have a queen size bed. Separating the master suite from the guestrooms is a stunningly furnished living room.
The patio offers plenty of space to relax with friends and family and is accessible from the master suite, living room and adjacent guestroom. A Jacuzzi and laundry are conveniently just steps away and a very short walk brings you to another Jacuzzi, 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, bocce ball court, shuffleboard court, and a clubhouse with a gym. We moved to California in 2007 from Texas and have not looked back since...we love the weather and all that this wonderful state has to offer. Palm Springs is amazing and if you have never visited, we definitely encourage a stay in this wonderful valley. From a 'lost in time' feeling and plentiful resort accommodations, there is nothing you cannot do while visiting PS...that's why we call ours, PS! I love You.
Our property is fabulous! The HOA keeps the entire complex pristine and the community itself is relaxing and quiet. Most of the time you will feel as if you have the entire place to yourself... Come, give it a try!!

This 3br unit is in a very central location and in a well maintained complex. We spent the month of March and had the ability to have friends and family visit with us. Friendly and inclusive neighbors added to the atmosphere of the stay. The unit has been updated and was complete in all aspects except if you cook in a lot it could have used a few more items. Owner Will was very attentive to our needs and easy to deal with. Unit also has very private patio which, except for the street noise, was a plus. Excellent value sorry it was rented already for next year.
We stayed in this unit for two months during which time our children and granddaughter visited. We found the condo to be as pictured on the website; the unit was clean and fully supplied. The layout is ideal for company as it affords them maxmum privacy.
The complex is in an excellant location with easy access to the airport, major grocery stores and within walking distance to downtown palm springs. The grounds are very well maintained and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the heated pools.
The owner we dealt with (Will) was very accomodating and minor problems that were brought to his attention were dealt with and resolved.
The complex is home to residents and "snowbirds" who are very friendly.....We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo
Excellent experience! Very professionally managed in all aspects. Unit is very functional, tastefully decorated, well supplied, clean and well cared for. Recreational facilities are excellent, and again well maintained. A BBQ located at the unit, verses the community one, is the only suggestion we would make. Location is great, close to all day to day shopping needs, albeit a little noisy during peak traffic times. The neighbouring residents, visitors, etc., were all very friendly and helpfull. Ourselves and our guests enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit.
We enjoyed our stay at Ranch club Estates. The location is really great since it is close to many downtown attractions and restaurants. Our favorite closeby reataurant wass John Henry's located at Sunrise and Taquitz. There are also a lot of close-by golf courses and I was able to get some reasonable green fees by going to standbygolf.com.
The unit was nicely furnished and most everything was available for use except a washer and dryer but there is a coin operated laundry footsteps away on the unit..
The HD TV's and included phone/Wi--Fi internet were nice features. When we arrived the phones weren't operating and after contacting Will we purchased new ones and were reimbursed.
We really enjoyed the spacious private patio for outdoors dining.The unit layout was such that the guest bedrooms are in a separate portion of the unit which is a nice privacy feature when you have visitors. The grounds at Ranch Club are nicely maintained and attractive and there is no shortage of very nice, large swimming pools which didn't appear to ever be crowded.
Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit and it felt like my own house right away...everthing was as it was defined only the photo's did not do it justice. We had friends visit us on a couple of occasions and said what a nice unit this was. The laundry facility was about 50 paces away with new machines, great tennis courts, the pools were perfect in both temperature and maintenance. We picked grapefruit, oranges and tangerines from the trees which were in the complex. The kitchen was very well equipped, All was well and we had a wonderful vacation at our home away from home.
Golf courses abound... Palm Springs Museum of Art is quite a wonderful find. The Spa Casino is always fun. Thursday evening Village Fest the main street is closed to traffic allowing street vendors and pedestrians to walk the main avenue. Convention center usually has great activities. International film festival in January. Music festival in April. State and national parks are very close by for hiking, biking and climbing.
