Why the Owner Chose Wears Valley: : Location, Location, Location! The location is excellent! The road leading to the cabin is paved and not very steep! It's just a very short drive from Wears Valley road! It's an easy drive to anywhere you'd like to go in the Smoky Mountains saving a lot of travel time in peak season! The location was very important, but what really sold us on this cabin was the Total Seclusion and the Great Mountain Views! Mountain Views that go on forever without a cabin in sight!!! This is really the 'best location in the Smoky Mountains!'
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin: : Year Purchased: 2010 - Firstly, the floor plan is fantastic for family get togethers! With the game room, hot tub and queen bunk beds on the lower level, the kids have their own area! The main floor and the loft have the king bed's, the great porch and jacuzzi tub giving the grown ups their own area! No stairs leading into the cabin, make for very easy access for some of us folks who have a few years on us! Secondly, vacation time is valuable and it's a shame to lose it while traveling to the places you'd like to see. With this cabin, when you decide to go shopping, site seeing, check out the attractions or out for a meal, anywhere you'd like to go is within easy driving time!
