An experience of a lifetime! This is the total vacation package to meet everyone's needs. Private, secluded retreat located directly on the banks of the Little Red River in the beautiful Ozarks of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Cabin is 5-minutes from town, nestled on 2-acres, offering 1800-sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 2-full baths with spacious open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. Large living area surrounded by windows, allowing beautiful views of river, wildlife and natural surroundings. Every room is luxuriously-furnished & decorated. Queen-size beds with comfortable bedding. Kitchen is completely equipped with ALL the amenities of home; high-end appliances. Enjoy cable TV/DVD or play Wii on wall-mounted 42-in flat screen HDTV. We strived to create a luxury, up-scale atmosphere yet comfortable enough to relax and enjoy.

Backyard has 194-ft of river frontage with multi-level decks overlooking the river, leading to 16 x 20-ft private dock. Wade fishing off dock with short walk to shoals, home to rainbows and browns. Enjoy the scenic views of rock bluffs from the river dock. Comfortable seating available. Cabin sits 75-yds off the street with large front yard allowing ample parking for boats/trailers as well as room for children to play.

This retreat is located in the private, exclusive Wildflower Subdivision in Heber Springs, sitting at the end of street, further enhancing your privacy with the closest neighbor being 100-yds. The natural scenery is enriched with breath-taking views & abundant wildlife. Included are privileges to private community 20-acre fishing lake fully stocked with variety of fish. You can watch the Canada Geese smoothly land on the lake or feed the ducks. The roads are paved with minimum traffic, allowing for leisure nature walks or bike riding.

Little Red River offers 29-miles of ideal trout habitat below Greers Ferry Dam. These waters are home to world record brown trout. Full service marinas and guide services available. Greers Ferry Lake totaling 32,500 acres of clear water is located just minutes away, offering recreational use for the water enthusiast. Full service marinas providing boating rentals available. Attractions in the area include hiking trails, rock climbing, breath-taking overlook views, trout hatchery, boating, fishing, swimming, dining, shopping, antiques, shop/visit Aromatique Headquarters, Community Fitness Center offering swimming pool, walking track, fitness equipment with day passes available, golf.

I was looking for a place where my wife and I, our adult children and our son-in-law's parents could spend Spring Break; relaxing and trout fishing. We COULDN'T have found a better place! Perfectly located with end-of-the-road seclusion, yet on a great stretch of the river with LOADS of fish (the biggest I've ever caught on the Little Red!) the Little Red River Retreat was the ideal anwser. The house was perfect: totally stocked with everything we needed, three beautiful bedrooms and a huge open living/eating/cooking space, and so beautifully decorated with everything an outdoor enthusiast would enjoy. The property provided great turn around parking for boat trailers and all in a beautiful setting on both river and road sides. Five days and four nights were not near enough and we are already anticipating our next stay at the Little Red River Retreat. Aaron and Bridget are SO accomodating and wonderful home owners with which to work. You will love the whole experience!

Great Vacation Yet Again

We returned to the Little Red River Retreat for the second time now. The house is just as lovely, well decorated, and clean as it was before. Great vacation memories have been made here. This trip, the trout fishing was better off of the pier than it was paying for a 2-day guided trip! We love the pier and the beautiful views of the river. I really cannot say enough about how great the owners are. Very nice people! You will feel right at home here!

Great place to stay on the Little Red

Wonderful cabin with plenty of space! Loved the split floorplan with two bedrooms on one side and master BR/BA on other side. Very nice open kitchen with a large den/dining area. The boys enjoyed the dock for fishing, and there is patio furniture down there for relaxing. It was a perfect viewing spot for the meteor shower on Saturday night! Very secluded and safe neighborhood...we will return!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It is a beautifully furnished, wonderfully laid out house. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. It is at the end of a very well-maintained road and has all the privacy you could ask for - not to mention the beautiful views and fishing! Close to everything (if you want to go somewhere :). It was a very relaxing time for all of us. Thank you!
