Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-5)

This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 818 sq. ft condo has been substantially remodeled, with teak and mahogany furniture and a contemporary decor, with tile floor throughout. The bedroom has a KING SIZED bed with brand new Vera Wang mattress and all new high quality linens, a 32 ' flat screen TV and BluRay player. There is a 4 piece ensuite bathroom with new cabinets, fixtures and plush towels. There is a stacking washer/dryer outside of the second bathroom off the main hall.

The kitchen has been completely redone with new cabinets, countertop, backsplash and stainless steel appliances. (Bosch dishwasher, convection oven) It is fully appointed for your cooking needs. The living room has a brand new queen-sized pullout sofa bed and a full sized futon. There is a 37' flat screen TV and second BluRay player, with a selection of movies. There is also a stereo with ipod dock and CD player. An AC unit with remote control is in the living room, in case you need more cooling than the new ceiling fans and trade winds can provide.

The condo is located on the ground floor of building 4, one of the quietest buildings in the 15 acre, immaculately manicured complex. It is in close proximity to the pool, but without the added noise. The pool area also has 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a workout room with free weights, and a ping pong table. The resort provides live entertainment and complementary Mai Tai's every Wednesday. Tennis courts are free to use, as are the 12 BBQs. A short walk across the street takes you to one of Maui's best beaches, with fantastic swimming and snorkeling. For your convenience we have boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, beach mats and beach towels. The resort lobby has a help desk open 24 hours, internet access, and an activities desk.

Wonderful time!

Thank you so much for a wonderful time. This was our third time staying at Kam. Sands. We love everything about Kam. Sands and choose to go back year after year. Your unit was exactly as described and pictured. We had a laugh, on the first night, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower (obviously tired on arrival). But with a quick call to Patti Lee (property manager) she was able to promptly tell us exactly what to do. We were at ease that there was a local phone number to call with any questions about the condo, and she was very friendly. Andrea (Owner) was also great to deal with as well.
Was easy walking distance to the pool and beach. We have a 2 1/2 year and your unit was great for us. We are always so amazed at how quiet this resort is at night. With how many units.....everyone is very respectful.

Great condo, well equipped and really close to the beach. There were five of us and we found it a bit cramped however with 3 teenage girls we found the second bathroom extremely valuable. If it was bigger we would definately go back. Andrea was great to deal with. Thanks

Great Holiday Escape

I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. The property is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was quite, private, and a quick walk to the beach, which is across the street. We spent our Easter holiday here and the Hula Girl Condo made the trip perfect. I really appreciate the addition of beach gear in the closet and the children's dishes in the pantry. We look forward to staying here again.

PARADISE ON EARTH!!!

My wife and I loved everything about this condo. My teen aged girls did not want to leave. This well equipped condo had everything and more! Great location on the property with the very private lanai overlooking a grassed area. Perfect for the morning coffee and evening BBQ dinner. The BBQ was very close to the condo making this a snap. The grounds were beautifully maintained and it was quiet in the evening. The listing and photos don't do this property justice! The owners have done a great job on the remodel and everything was clean and maintained. We would recommend the short walk to Franks for some very good Mexican food. We liked Kamaole beach II ourselves, but the one right across the street was equally good. Centrally located in Kihei, it was a snap to find from the airport and within a short drive to such activities as the Ocean Centre and a 40 minute drive to Lahaina for great shopping and Bubba Gumps Shrimp House. A must!!! We did not want to leave for sure. Thank you so much for the stay and I know we will be back as soon as we can. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in beautiful Maui.

Great stay in a newly remodeled Condo

We had a great 9 days on Maui at the Kamaole Sands Condo's. The Condo is newly remodeled and the pots and pans to the appliances are new and high grade quality. Bed is very comfortable. Unit is quiet along with the property in general. Unit is near secure gate for easy access. Convenient parking. Pool area is very big and spacious. Bedroom has a nice master bath and plenty of storage. Furniture, Kitchen Table, utensils, kitchen appliances & amenities were all very good quality and unit is kept up well and clean. Nice blender and margarita glasses that we put to use. Living room area is very spacious Having the unit completely tiled compared to some other carpeted condos we have stayed in was an added value to us. Grounds were beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor grilling stations were the best I have seen. Weber / High Grade gas grills that were new and kept clean by others. Located close also to the unit and accessible with no problem. Definately recommend this unit. Been to Maui 5 times prior and really enjoyed this property the best. We don't spend much time in the condos unsually as we are outdoor folks, but it sure felt like home when we came back from excursions all day. We will be back. A big MAHALO to the owners!
