This is absolutely the best studio line in the building. the pictures you see are new and is the actual view from the balcony. The unit includes granite counters in the kitchen and bath a vessel bowl sink with travertine marble on the floors. Pull out couch for an extra guest and a very comfortable queen bed with foam pillow top. Stereo, DVD player and surround sound with cable TV. Go next door to the renowned MR Chow restaurant or STK steak house also from NY. Do not forget the famous rooftop pool and lounge 'Plunge'!

Club Louis is finally here also and is famous for celebrity sightings. You can walk next door to The W hotel and go to their Night club or walk two more blocks to the Shore Club and dine at the famous Nobu sushi restaurant that Robert Deniro owns. The Delano Lincoln rd and Ocean drive are less than a mile away. So hopefully we will see you soon.

I am a realtor In Miami Beach and this property is the most incredible resort property. You can bike right out the back door on the concrete walk or rollerblade. Many find it a great jogging or walking path. You really do not need a car here. I spent plenty of money in upgrades on this apartment as you can see. This studio apartment is right on the ocean and you will feel the breeze at night and hear the ocean waves. This apartment stays booked almost 95 percent of the year so hurry and book your trip today.

I bought my dream vacation home here because it is right at the beginning of South Beach where all the action is. With the many night clubs and restaurants nearby you really do not need a car. The historical landmark Roney Palace was and still is the vacation spot of many famous people. Do not be surprised if you see actor Mickey Rourke at the 'PLUNGE POOL' or Lebron James who frequent this resort often.

What makes this condo unique

I like to enjoy the sun here at one of three pools on this resort property. You will never need to bring your own towels or food or drink because all of this is provided for you first class. Dine at the pool with a lobster salad and a glass of fine wine. You can enjoy the David Barton Gym and Spa for a massage or spinning class or simply relax in the steam room for an additional fee.

An absolute gem

We had an excellent experience starting right when we got there. The owner met us there as well as the cleaning lady. The space was immaculate, and they were very easy to talk to and answered any questions that we had. The free valet parking was a huge bonus as renting a car is almost a must for your first time in Florida. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a beach front view at a good price. Such good restaurants as well within walking distance for an evening out. Oh Mexico is by far the best place for lunch or dinner. Again, this place is an absolute gem and well worth staying at.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Location,location,location! right at the end of the paved walk and beginning of the wood boardwalk; walking distance to the craziness on Ocean drive and to Lincoln Road. Wake up to sunrise on your balcony w/ocean view or enjoy a glass of wine on that balcony in the evening. The beach, swimming pools and hot tub in your back yard.

Good location in a very large building with close proximity to SoBe main attractions.
The Owner, who lives in Miami, is very helpful in taking care of any issues.
The Unit has an updated kitchen and may comfortably accommodate 2 people.
Overall it is a good choice for budget minded traveler..
