New fully furnished and decorated home. Master Bedroom on main with pillow top queen mattress with separate bath with jetted tub and separate shower. His and her vanities. Eat in kitchen with all new appliances. Large deck over looking the lake with patio table and umbrella. Huge gas grill. Rooms all have ceiling fans.Newly installed remote start gas logs in a stacked stone fireplace for the winter months. Enjoy the view overlooking the lake by day or candle lite by night. No pets or smoking. Swim off the dock or sit at the dock under umbrella. Situated in a quiet deep water cove. We are set up to take Pay Pal as a form of payment to make it easier on you!

Martin is located 20 minutes north of I-85, 45 minutes to Clemson University, close to Toccoa and Toccoa Falls. 45 minutes to Tanger Outlet in Commerce. Minutes to Tugaloo State Park . Fresh water fishing at it's best.

Boat rentals at Harbor Light Marina.Jet Ski rentals available also. There is also golf courses located in the area.

Well appointed! Luxurious vacationing!

We have stayed in many mountain/lake/beach homes, but have found none so well appointed at this one. The Master Bedroom is spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the jetted tub is deep. The linens and towels provided are a plus, but it doesn't stop there. The kitchen is well equipped and many condiments, etc were already there. We even left some of our own for the next group. The grill is a joy to cook on. It was obvious to us that Wyman and Linda have not just built a rental home, but have allowed us to stay in their personal vacation home. A super-nice place to stay!

We made a great choice!

Everything was as expected. We searched for a nice rental and the listing had so many pictures that it seemed we had already been there when we walked in. The weather was perfect. Keep watching the bird feeder and you'll see the humming birds drinking. We spent some time on the lake and though the water level was low we had no problem enjoying ourselves.There's plenty of water at the dock. Check out Toccoa falls and Tallulah Gorge. Everything you'll need is already there. Great place. Thanks Linda for a great week.

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this lovely lake home is the perfect choice. The photos do not adequately portray the spaciousness of this home. We enjoyed the privacy of the deck whether we were eating our breakfast or sipping cocktails. Beautiful trees cascaded the path to the boating dock and lake.

We found that not only were the beds extremely comfortable but linens and towels were supplied as well. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed if you wanted to cook and the dining room area was great if you just wanted to relax and dine in. The living room was definitely the place to unwind and kick back after dinner and enjoy watching TV or your favorite movies (great surround sound).

All the rooms were wonderfully decorated, and each room’s décor was given its own little touch of magic! The owners were extremely responsive and quickly responded to all of my phone calls before and during our stay. We feel this home is definitely a delightful place to stay and we are looking forward to returning very soon! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

This is a great place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery, fish, ski, swim or just hang out! The home is immaculate and has everything you need for comfort, relaxation and entertainment! It is spacious and very well appointed and great for a family rretreat or a get away with friends. This is a great vaule that you will want to return to in the future! If you enjoy nature, water activites and special time together, you can't go wrong here. WEe had a wonderful time during our stay and will definitely go back.
