Condo NOT as described

We have rented units at this property for years and knew better than to expect a luxury penthouse, but felt this condo went beyond the misleading title description. The living area furniture is old, uncomfortable and filthy dirty. There is no wi-fi. The master bath shower floor is moldy. There are no beds, just piled up mattresses. There is not a queen-sized bed or mattress in bedroom 2; it is a child-sized double that my 2 daughters could barely fit side-by-side and their feet hung off the bottom. They had to take turns sleeping on the old sofa. Property manager was impersonal and declined to return phone calls; only sent text-like short emails. This unit was not as described and we did not have a good experience.
Owner's Response: Misrepresentation is a serious charge, i would like to provide readers with facts to consider .First, the the statement that there are no beds but just "piled up mattresses ", is so over the top it does not deserve a comment . The pictures reflect the bed arrangements accurately . The info on the web page does not represent that there is WiFi but internet access , and there is . In fact, the guest indicates that i did not return calls or other contacts . The only contact i received was from one of there party re the internet access . I provided the information and they successfully accessed the internet . I have checked my voice mail log , no messages , I received no other emails regarding any issue other than internet access . Our lease clearly states to call regarding any maintenance issue or any problem at all . There was no contact regarding any issue discussed in the guest review
Dear Readers , we enjoy 30-35 guests per year at this condo , i suggest if the conditions of the property are as described by this guest , we would not see the level of satisfied or many repeat customers . We would certainly see other negative reports . Our success is also based on our response to guests ,and i can assure any future guest that they will be provided immediate attention
