San Luis Obispo House Rental Photos and Description
House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (5 person maximum)
This sophisticated four-bedroom loft is a hidden jewel, located in a commercial complex known as the Design District of San Luis Obispo. Step through its private entrance, climb the stairs and prepare to be stunned. Its high-style design and warmth offer a distinct contrast to its industrial façade.
The loft is less than a block from a shopping plaza that includes restaurants, Trader Joe’s, Food 4 Less, Starbucks, a nail salon and other shops. It is conveniently located three minutes from the airport, five minutes from downtown, and ten minutes from Cal Poly. Just a five minute drive, and you’re in the heart of the Edna Valley wine region. Ten minutes takes you to the area’s picturesque beaches.
Enjoy luxury designer features such as bamboo floors and finely crafted woodwork and cabinetry. The custom kitchen is made for entertaining with high-end stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash, granite countertops, and bar seating.
The loft is furnished in a contemporary style, but with comfort in mind. The expansive great room, which includes a dining area, is an ideal setting for a party, or for a relaxing evening enjoying the 55-inch LED HDTV (on demand Netflix account included). Privacy-tinted floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of surrounding hills and peaks. Four bedrooms sleep up to 5 and include a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, a second room with a king-sized bed, one room with a twin bed and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. A second bathroom is conveniently located off of the great room.
