About The Owner
I am health care administrator who has been the sole owner of this beautiful property. I recently moved with my partner from the SF Bay Area to Phoenix, so, we no longer really need a vacation home in the desert. That is why I am opening the property up for rental. It is beautifully appointed, fully turn-key, and in proximity to the fun of downtown Palm Springs. Quiet, gated community, and the interior of the unit is pristine. You will love it.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
Why The Owner chose Palm Springs
We have been vacationing in Palm Springs for years, and finally decided to own a property in the desert. Great restaurants nearby, horse back riding, gaming, just a wonderful place to be quiet or enjoy the night life in downtown Palm Springs. In close proximity to Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert.
What makes this condo unique
The neighborhood is quiet and restful with two pools and nearby BBQ's that allow a family to enjoy all the desert has to offer. Nearby Spas at restored mid-century hotels make Palm Springs an interesting and fun destination.
