We were extremely pleased with this vacation rental and would definitely rent this unit again. The listing and photos were exactly as described, plus more. The unit was much larger than it appeared in the photos.

The condo was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The attention to detail for vacationers was impressive. If you forgot anything at home, no worries. This condo had it. Everything from the first aid kit with everything imaginable in it, power cords for iPhones, iPods, you name it, down to the water containers next to the bathroom sinks for water for brushing your teeth. There was even sunscreen and bug spray in a drawer. The condiments and spices were a nice surprise as well. They thought of everything for this condo.

We really appreciated all the bottled water that was provided. No chance of running out. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which is very important to me. The kitchen was fully equipped with nice stainless-steel appliances.

We highly recommend this condo. It is close to the pool and beach. It was very convenient to the pier where our dive boat picked us up daily. This was one of our most relaxing vacations ever and this well-equipped condo was part of that. And what a fabulous beach and pool. We can't say enough about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Kristy. It has all the amenities a traveler could ask for. Nice kitchen, good TV setup, king size bed! The decor is so pretty... Loved the banana tree artwork in the living room. We liked being right near the beach and taking walks towards the south end of the island.

The only downside is that having a rental car is a must. Please note that in the evening there are no regular restaurants or bars within walking distance.

Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

What can I say but "wow." We were so blown away by all of the little extra touches and conveniences that awaited us when we arrived. The unit is beautiful, it's just as pictured. The decor gives it such a homey feel! The linens and towels are great quality and fresh smelling, no small feat in a humid environment. There were very few other people in residence when we were there, so we essentially had the beach and pools to ourselves much of the time, or at least it felt like we did. While everyone we encountered was friendly, we never felt obligated to converse or do anything other than just RELAX which we did.
The notebook in the unit with island information, restaurant recommendations etc.is extremely helpful and having on island property management available for questions was very comforting. Also having the ability to call home and stay connected with wifi was a huge deal to us. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay and the condo community. We've rented several times in Mexico using VRBO and feel like this is our best experience ever.

My husband and I are in the process of looking for areas that we might like to retire. After a trip to Puerto Aventuras in February that did not allow us time to get to Cozumel we decided to go in May. From the time I contacted Elizabeth and Matt concerning availability of the condo the communication and interaction was extremely professional and very helpful. The unit is exactly as described, clean and well maintained. There were plenty of utensils and kitchenware available to cook whatever one might want. The bathroom had a nightlight (I usually bring one, but had forgotten it.) and extra battery powered lights were available throughout the unit as well. Another drawer (with a note from the owners-to use whatever we needed while there) had iphone chargers, cd player, assorted DVD movies, etc. We have stayed at other rental properties in the past and this was by far the most organized and accommodating people to work with. The grounds of condo complex are well maintained. There are two pools which are in great shape and clean. The pool chairs and tables are
of very good quality and chairs quite comfortable.
We have many places to visit before retirement but this is a must return spot. Thank you so much to Elizabeth and Matt.

Great Time in Cozumel

Our family of four (my wife and I, with our two boys ages 14 and 11) had a great time in Cozumel with this condo as our home away from home. It was clean, warm and comfortable, outfitted with everything we could need and more. I'm so glad that we opted to stay here, rather than one of the local all-inclusives -- it was great to have a relaxing breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool and sea, while at the same time, having the flexibility to explore the island and all the great restaurants that San Miguel has to offer.
