Unique pondfront property on Quonny Pond with outstanding vistas. Exquisite views from most rooms in the house and large deck with electric awning. Terraced lawns descending to the water. No need to ever leave. Enjoy swiming in private pool or in the ocean off of your own private dock. Good food available close by, but none as good as you will make on the deck watching the sun set. Golf, tennis, platform tennis, private beach and boating all available in Shelter Harbor.

Eat in fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Living room, TV room and walk out to patios and decks surrounded by water.

First floor master bedroom with en suite bath

Second floor has 6 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, one double bed, one single bed and 2 full baths

Third floor has one queen bedroom with a full bath

All linens and towels provided.
