Shangri-la is one of the newer resorts offering superior location and a multitude of amenities. We are located in the Marina District of beautiful Puerto Vallarta, just 5 minutes from the Airport and a 1 block walk to the Marina where you will find numerous shops, restaurants and world class fishing. You can be in quaint, cobblestoned, downtown Puerto Vallarta in 15 minutes by car, taxi or bus or walk to the Club de Golf and play 18 rounds of championship golf.

Enter this spacious condo through a private, security coded elevator that opens directly into the unit. You will be greeted with spectacular oceans views, beautiful marble floors and gorgeous furnishings. Further enjoy the beautiful view from the wrap around deck while savoring the ocean breezes in comfortable lounge chairs or sharing your favorite drink and appetizers at the outdoor dining table.

Enjoy the huge infinity pool, hot tubs, thatched roof palapa umbrellas, poolside cafe/bar, beachfront gym & concierge services.

American Amenities: For those of you who like the comfort of familiarity there are a number of American Franchises/Companies in the surrounding area including Walmart, Costco, Sams Club, McDonalds, Subway, Carls Junior Baskin Robbins, GNC, Office Depot, Home Depot, numerous theaters with movies available in English during certain showings.

Additional Notes: *Locked drawers for valuables are available in each bedroom closet

*Ultraviolet Light Treated and filtered water throughout condo.

*The 450 ft. long infinity pool is partially heated (water can get cold even in tropical climates!)

*Other ground facilities include a bar/restaurant, childs' playground, beach access with beach chairs and unbrellas for the use of Shangrila guests only and a beach shower for cleaning the sand and sea water off. The restaurant has a seating area and also poolside wait staff.

*Gym and workout facilities are located on the beachside of the property with ocean views.

*There is 24 hour security and access to the property is gate/security personnel controlled.

*Many businesses/hotels in Puerto Vallarta display fireworks nightly. You can enjoy watching these fireworks from the terrace.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!

My husband and I, along with our three children go to Puerto Vallarta on a fairly regular basis. We have stayed at the Westin and the Mayan Palace in the Marina. We decided to try a condominium when we discovered this place on VRBO. It is absolutely wonderful, decorated impeccably, clean, boasts a beautiful view, modern appliances. It would definitely be hard to go back to a hotel after staying in this lovely home. Besides the wonderful condo and pool area, the food and drinks around the pool are far more affordable than other places we have frequented. I wouldn't hesitate to give this condo five stars. You won't be disappointed!!!!

I can not express how perfect this property is for a vacation. Beautiful, clean condo! Beautiful views. Beautiful pool! Within walking distance of shopping, dining and sights. I felt like I was living "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous!" This was definitely my all-time favorite vacation.

This was an incredible place! Very luxurious and comfortable. It had beautiful decor. It was incredible clean. It had everything I needed. The view was beautiful. Having the Marina and shops close were convenient. It was worth every penny and I plan to stay here again.
