THIS PROPERTY HAD A COMPLETE REMODEL AND UPGRADES ARE CONTINUOUSLY ADDED. We have furnished our condo with décor from Tommy Bahama including all the amenities and upgrades expected in a first class resort condo. Upgrades include granite kitchen, new cabinets and countertops, bathroom fixtures, countertops and tiled showers, as well as carpet, paint, and new washer/dryer. The ambiance created is welcoming, relaxing, and clean. All amenities are available for any family or couple(s) to experience the best of Hawaii including beach toys and mats, chairs, and towels.
An experienced on island service company will be your contact to provide cleaning as needed, repairs, late check-in/out and information or referrals. Our condo is well appointed with a kitchen overstocked for cooking including eco friendly cleaning products and appliances. We also provide picnic supplies for use at the best beaches in the world awaiting your pleasure--just moments away. Choosing this condo is a low risk decision and is a set-up to ensure making the most of your experience in Wailea.
This two bedroom, two-bath condo has air conditioning units in each room, and is on the upper level to maximize privacy. The vaulted ceilings add to spaciousness and feeling of luxury. Each room has a new flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound speakers. FREE Wi-Fi is available, and we provide Netflix streaming and Hulu TV, in case you’re just a little bit too relaxed to go to the theater close by in Kihei. An iPod docking station with speakers are available as well as an iPod docking in all DVD units. We are very mindful of the eco system in Hawaii and provide recycle bins for trash, and fan and AC remotes for energy efficiency.
The condo complex is adjacent to tennis courts and on a golf course; the course is world-class and the clubhouse service is friendly and welcoming. The condo is also a short walk to the well respected Shops of Wailea that include stores ranging from convenience stores to high end shopping. The Shops also offer locally-owned stores and products, plus a wide range of restaurants that appeal to all palates. A hula show is performed every Wednesday night in the common fountain area. Many activities are available in Maui. The island is very user friendly with new roads and highways completed within the last few years. Whether it’s on a boat or a beach, Wailea has it all—and you will enjoy it even more when staying in our beautiful condo.
Watching the sunset is a main activity in Maui. Take the provided picnic basket, blanket, or chairs, and go to the beach to watch the sun set into the spectacular Pacific Ocean. Afterward, take a walk in the soft sand, get your feet wet, play Frisbee, or just hang out and watch the moon rise. The nearby Wailea beaches: Ulua, Wailea, Keawakapu, among others, provide endless moments of emotions ranging from peace and awe, to excitement at and energy from, the beauty. Or, take a stroll along the boardwalks at the hotels and watch the backstage of a luau performance, among other sites, tiki torches lighting your way. For those who haven’t been to Maui, it is a sunrise/sunset community, so you won’t want to stay out late as you will want to save your energy for the activities that you enjoy while the sun is gracing you with her abundance—a happening that is pretty much guaranteed year ‘round in Wailea.
When it is time to return to the condo, enjoy time on the secluded lanai with our appealing and comfortable Martha Stewart furniture. Drench yourself in either the moon light or stars, a favorite nightcap to a perfect day.
