House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

When was the last time you took a vacation where there was something for everyone to do? No crowds, no long lines, no airport security, and this place will feel like home from day one. On one side you have the deepest lake in Indiana and on the road side you have an extra lot where you can set up volleyball or play baseball. Spend the day waterskiing or wakeboarding (you will have your own pier) or riding around the lake on a boat (rentals available at one of the two marinas). After a full day we have a large hot tub in which to unwind.

We began spending time on Tippy in our early 20s and become so enamored with the lake that we decided to move here from Chicago. We raised our family here. They spent all summer playing on the lake, golfing, riding bikes and enjoying their childhood. Now that they are raised and have found careers in other states we looked at retiring to the South. After looking, looking, looking we realized that our hearts are here. So we are staying on the lake year the entire year and are building again just down the street. We are not absentee renters. If you need anything just give us a call. You will find that Lake Tippy is a place where generation after generation return due to all the happy memories made here.

Why Pam chose North Webster

Renting our home is a pleasure for us. It is a home that is made for family and large groups of friends. Years and years of family, friends, love and laughter have filled this house. There are booth areas and a large bar in the lower level plus a dining area and screened in porch where many people can eat.

this house is everything it says it is and then some. Having two kitchens worked out great. The new Weber grill was nice to grill out on. Very accomodating for our family of 9...we all had our space so we were not sitting on top of each other and cramped. Great that we even had somewhere for us to squeeze in a ball game across the street from the house. We made so many wonderful memories staying here and look forard to coming back again.

This lake house lacked none of the amenities it advertised. It was perfect for the gathering of my large family. The house was clean and well-maintained. It is located on the lake, with a dock that readily accommodated my son-in-law's boat and all the family water lovers. My children and grandchildren alike gave this lake property two thumbs up.

The owner was very cordial and helpful.

My family and I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

We had our family reunion here and it was perfect! There are 2 kitchens: One upstairs and one
downstairs! Kitchens are more than fully stocked. Downstairs is great for a separate living area. There are 2 great dining banquettes, bar area with 4 stools. A flat screen TV and fireplace. Additional porch
overlooking lake. The upstairs has a beautiful view of the lake. Hot tub is well maintained and there is a sauna as well! Extra parking! Great large pier! You can rent boats at local marina.
