The cottage on Pilgrim Knoll, one of the highest points in Eastham, named to honor the Mayflower exploration party that surveyed this area. Built in 1913, this is a wonderful four bedroom cottage with frontage and direct access to Jemima and Herring Ponds. Both ponds offer great swimming, fishing and boating. Herring Pond is stocked annually with rainbow, brown and brook trout! Enjoy spectacular views of the water and rolling fields. The ultimate in privacy, situated on a 2.8 acre lot adjacent to 20 acres of town conservation land. Fly a kite or play a ball game in the back yard! Fully heated, large living/dining room and three season porch with water views.

Great Time!

We had such a great time this week! Simply sitting out front listening to and watching all of the birds brought smiles to our faces. We were able to relax, to cherish the moments here and to create memories that will last a lifetime. Cape Cod is such a beautiful place and even though we have been coming here for years, we cannot help falling in love with it each and every time.
