Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom luxury villa located in the gated community at the Landings Country Club, in convenient South Fort Myers, just 10 minutes from the airport. Shopping and restaurants are located minutes away. The Landings features an 18 hole executive golf course, putting green, driving range, tennis, Olympic size swimming pool, fitness center, on-site boat rental, fishing, walking/bike paths, game rooms and a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor dining and a separate waterfront restaurant at the marina. The Landings is located on the shores of the Caloosahatchee River. Beautiful grounds, lake and river views, on the golf course make this a very desirable location.

The luxury villa is in a private setting. It is fully air conditioned and includes an attached garage. The pool is located across the street and features a barbecue and eating area. The villa is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
