Come to the sun and enjoy the many amenities that the Johnson Ranch community has to offer! Our nearly 1900 square foot home has been recently renovated with new furnishings, carpet and paint. There are four bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to 8 guests. Our home offers a private master bedroom and bath with double sinks, soaker tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The master and the three guest bedrooms all have new queen mattresses.

The kitchen is fully outfitted and the lanai is equipped with a new gas grill and patio furniture. You can catch your favorite movie or sporting event on the new 42’ plasma TV with DVD in the leather appointed living room or play board games in the comfortable family room. High speed wireless internet access is installed for your enjoyment.

All linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the laundry room leading into the two car garage. Of course, landscape maintenance is included and there is availability to housecleaning services if you so desire.

The Johnson Ranch planned community was rated as one of the top ten in the United States and offers a par 72 championship golf course, a free nine hole Pitch and Putt course, three community pool/spa complexes, basketball courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, softball and soccer fields. There are many parks with playgrounds, some with covered picnic areas. There is even a catch and release trout pond! For us golf nuts, there are more than a dozen additional courses within a thirty minute travel radius.

About The Owner

We are the Braun family, Ken, Lisa and our three daughters. We are lifelong Oregonians and reside in the beautiful Willamette Valley. We love the great outdoors and enjoy camping, hiking, boating, swimming, and just about every sporting activity. We have purchased this property because we fell in love with Arizona and its natural splendor that differs so greatly from our home state. We look forward to continuing to explore on future trips to our new home. We hope that you enjoy your visit as well and if you choose to stay in our home…. Welcome!

Why The Owner chose San Tan Valley

We chose Arizona because of the winter climate and the many unique geological wonders within a few hours drive. We specifically chose Queen Creek due to the proximity and accessibility to the greater Phoenix area while maintaining a nice buffer from the congestion. We are just far enough outside the bustle to enjoy a relaxed country feel but close enough to reach whatever you might need. For example, Mesa Gateway airport, only 20 minutes away, is a great alternative to the size and hassle of larger area airports and connects to a surprising number of cities.
