PJ's Perch is a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom cabin located just minutes from Eureka's shopping district, restaurants and attractions. Located on a dead-end street, this private, quiet home has plenty of off-street parking, room enough for a boat trailer or jet skis.
Inside the Perch, a large stone, gas fireplace welcomes you to sit and stay awhile. Beautifully decorated in a rustic fishing lodge theme, the wing-backed leather chairs and hand carved table invite you to relax. The fully furnished kitchen includes stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and all the dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, linens you will need. There are teas, coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn for your pleasure. Cable tv and dvd player with a video library and board games and books.
The back deck has plenty of seating with a table. Sit and sip coffee while the deer run through the back yard. The hot tub is waiting for you to enjoy, and can seat 5. There is a charcoal Weber grill, should you decide to grill out. Your furry family will enjoy the fenced-in large back yard to roam...over 1/2 an acre.
Bring your boat or jet skis. Beaver and Table Rock lakes are nearby. Hiking trails are near and plenty of attractions to keep one busy.
Most of our guests are repeat customers. They come back year after year after year. We hope you will enjoy our cabin, as well.

After staying at the Perch for many years, when it became available for sale, I jumped at the chance. We purchased the property in 2005 and haven't changed a thing. John and I have no children but have three hairless Chinese Cresteds that go with us everywhere. We work at a newspaper, so we try to get away from the stressful life and head to the Perch whenever we can. The whole city comforts us.

We love the area, the beauty of the Ozarks and the people are second to none. Eureka is a very comfortable, relaxing area. We love it there.
We get up in the morning and sit on the back deck and enjoy coffee while listening to the birds and watch the wildlife run through the back yard. At night, we enjoy a glass of wine, sitting in the hot tub. Occasionally we will bring in a couple of massage therapists and enjoy a couple's massage by the fireplace.
Just wanted to let you know the "Perch" was great last week. We enjoyed the relaxing week and my 8 year old daughter just loved exploring the huge back yard. We hope to come back again in the future. Maybe when it is a little cooler. Thanks!!
Other than some small handyman type issues the place was great. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It was nice to have a fenced backyard for the dogs. They had a great time too. The house was very clean, off the beaten path, semi- secluded and would recommend anyone to stay here if planning a trip to Eureka Springs.
Our visit to Eureka Springs was all the better because we stayed at The Perch. Five girlfriends enjoyed the spaciousness the home provided and especially our time on the deck enjoying nature all around us while sharing wine and conversation. What a peaceful place. The house is well equipped and will meet all of your needs. Enjoy your stay.
We recently came to the Perch to celebrate my birthday with two other couples. Everyone loved their time here! The weather just happened to be perfect, so we spent the majority of the weekend lounging on the giant deck and in the hot tub. Tucked just a few miles away from the downtown entertainment district, it's close enough to get to, yet quiet enough to not hear bikers and other downtown noises. Extremely spacious and cute "rustic" decor. (The pictures simply do not do it justice!) Oh, and our pups loved the giant backyard. Overall, very clean and nice! We've stayed at many places on VRBO throughout Colorado, but this little spot in Arkansas is at the top of our list for comfort and value! We're already planning our next vacation with the couples who vacationed with us! We'll see you soon, Perch!
Loved how comfortable and spacious the house was...made our stay very enjoyable...perfect for our family of 3, but would be wonderful for a family reunion, get together, or retreat...the hot tub was very relaxing and the kitchen has everything you need for a quick snack or a full meal...we will definitely be back...
It was such a great place. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to renting this house again. The only complaint we might have is that we wish there was a little less chemicals in the hot tub.
My husband and I enjoyed this large cabin and large fenced yard. Our two dogs could safely run around outside in the yard. It snowed several inches but we kept comfortable in the cabin and the cabin's hot tug. It is just a short drive from good restaurants and downtown Eureka Springs.
