The apartment is located in one of the best areas of town. It is in North Dallas, by the George Bush Turnpike (190). It is in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, with a shopping center conveniently located across the street that has a gourmet grocery store, Blockbuster, department store, plus great restaurants.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV and DVD player, as well as a dresser and nightstands. It has a large bathroom and closet ensuite. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo (across the living and dining room). It has two single beds, the computer and a bathroom right across the hall. The kitchen has is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and silverware, toaster, coffemaker, teapot, microwave and full size appliances. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, and is located just off the kitchen. The balcony is off the living and dining room and has two spring-action rocking chairs. It is a great place to have breakfast in the mornings.
Distances: On Preston Road; half-mile from George Bush Tollway (190); two miles from Dallas North Tollway; 20 miles from Downtown Dallas; half-mile to Plano, TX and about one mile to Richardson, TX.
