The apartment is located in one of the best areas of town. It is in North Dallas, by the George Bush Turnpike (190). It is in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, with a shopping center conveniently located across the street that has a gourmet grocery store, department store, plus great restaurants.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as a dresser and nightstands. It has a large bathroom and closet ensuite. The second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo (across the living and dining room). It has two single beds and a bathroom right across the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, teapot, microwave and full size appliances. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, and is located just off the kitchen. The balcony is off the living and dining room and has two spring-action rocking chairs. It is a great place to have breakfast in the mornings.
Distances: On Preston Road; half-mile from George Bush Tollway (190); two miles from Dallas North Tollway; 20 miles from Downtown Dallas; half-mile to Plano, TX and about one mile to Richardson, TX.
My husband and I have lived in this condo for 15 months while our home was under construction. This is a great option for temporary living in the DFW area. There is a comfortable and efficient floorplan which is nicely furnished. The owners have been wonderful to work with and the location is excellent. Everything you need is provided. The condo individually and the complex as a whole are well maintained.
