CANCELLATION POLICY:
With each reservation we take on this suite, we, unfortunately, have a number of other guests which we have to turn away. We understand that circumstances sometimes happen that cause our guests to cancel so we have a cancellation policy which we feel is fair to all. If the cancellation is 61 days or more from the date of arrival, the refund is 100%. If the cancellation notice is between day 60 and day 31 prior to arrival, the refund is 75% and if 30 days or less the refund is 50% of the deposit.

This house is not a "party house". Parties are not permitted and in the event you wish to book our rental with the purpose of having a party then I would suggest another accomodation might better suit your needs. We respect our neighbours and the relationship we have with them.
