The gated, Stanza Mare Resort is a true tropical paradise and the perfect place to enjoy palm trees, powdery white sand, a lagoon style pool, clear ocean water and cool ocean breezes. Our well-equipped condo is in pristine condition, with granite countertops, tiled-floor throughout, 42-inch Toshiba flat screen TV, High Speed Wi-Fi Internet (Excellent reception as the antenna is directly adjacent to our condo!), designer faucets, all new appliances (on-demand hot water, fridge, propane stove, microwave, etc.).

Dye, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Robert Trent Jones, Gary Player, Tom Fazio and Nick Faldo to name a few. Punta Espada Golf Club, the first of three Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses in Cap Cana, is operated by Troon Golf and opened for play in November 2006.
