The perfect family destination is getting better with many renovations and improvements to Cranmore Mountain. Centrally located and just minutes from skiing, golf, amusement, hiking, biking, fishing, shopping and dining, Cranmore Birches is the ideal spot to fulfill all of your vacation needs. With 3000sqft of space, this spacious and comfortable vacation rental is large enough and set up for multiple families. 5 bedrooms, 3 separate living rooms (1 with pool table) and 3 decks allow plenty of space for relaxation. And no need to wait in line for a bathroom with 3.5 baths. Full Kitchen and washer/dryer complete this great home away from home. Our condo accomodates large groups but we have a 10 adult max quest limit as our property is set up for multiple familes with children.

Cranmore Mountain (Under New Management) is a full-service, year-round destination with restaurants and pubs, a fantastic children's program, acres of ski slopes, cross country ski trails, a tubing park, a family fitness center and the NEW Adventure Park. The mountain also offers fun activities like Cranapalooza and fireworks in the winter; Summer concerts, Art Jubilee and Camp Cranmore in the summer; and Oktoberfest and Ghoullog Halloween Haunted Chairlift Rides in the fall. You'll find our property conveniently located about a mile from the beautiful downtown of North Conway Village, the Conway Scenic Railroad, and just minutes from world class outlet and antique shopping, several cross country and downhill skiing options (Attitash, Wild Cat, Black Mt., Bretton Woods and more), hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, rock climbing, leaf peeping, golf, river kayaking and canoeing. If you are looking for amusement parks, we're just down the road from Storyland and Attitash, close to Santa's Village and Six Gun City, and of course all of this is set in the beautiful White Mountains.

Skiing, Tubing, Cross County Skiing: Our Property is located less than 1 mile from the base of Cranmore Mountain which offers skiing, tubing park and much more with the recent addition of the summer activities. If you would like a variety of skiing options Attitash, Black Mt, Wild Cat and Bretton Woods are all just a short drive away.

Golf: There are several Golf Courses in the area to give you a variety of choices for all skill levels and budgets.

Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. It was perfect size for our large group and loved the top floor bedroom for the kids. If we do North Conway again in the coming summers we will certainly consider your condo again.

Spring Weekend

Had a great time during our weekend stay here. Had 14 people 6 kids and 8 aduts, plenty of space and sleeping wasnt a problem. So close to Kahuna Laguna (for the kids) and the center of town (for the shopping mommies). Much better deal than staying at a hotel where you are cooped in one room....Looking forward to planning for next year!

Winter Fun

This place is perfect!! I can't think of a single thing it's lacking. We stayed here with a large group of friends and it had everything we needed. It is spacious and comfotable. It's just outside of the center of town and a short drive to all the surrounding attractions. The owner is very attentive and responsive. We can't wait to go back next year!!

Fall Weekend

Ski Weekend

I would definitely recommend this rental property; we stayed over the weekend and everything you need is close by and very convenient to all the attractions. The Condo is very accommodating with all the amenities and very spacious. The condo was one of the highlights of our weekend. We intend to rent this property again next year.
