Your Villa is the only one that will include an ATV 4-Wheeler and Scooter, which means you can go wherever you want whenever you want: to the supermarket for groceries, shopping at the Aurora Art Exhibits, to the nearby lakes, to any restaurant in the city, or just for a fun sight-seeing ride around the cobble-stone streets of San Miguel! ATVs rent for $150 per day and Scooters rent for $100 per day – so with each day you rent this Villa you are saving $250! This luxury home is appointed with a garage (which houses your ATV 4-wheeler and scooter), fabulous gardens, an outdoor covered patio, a modern kitchen with brand-new appliances, an elegant dining room, a living room with a new 42” flat-screen TV, and three gorgeous bedrooms.

But the best feature of all is on top. The reason a coffee bar and cocktail bar are built into the spacious roof deck is that the views from the roof are absolutely stunning! Great location with amazing rooftop views

We stayed at Casa Garland in early September of this year (2010) with some dear friends. Our stay in San Miguel de Allende at Casa Garland was absolutely wonderful. The house was nicely decorated in an authentic mexican style with rich colors and textures. The lower two floors are unique living spaces and bedrooms that invite you to enjoy them. Our friends slept in the master bedroom with its gorgeous carved wood bed and sunken bath area. We slept in the 2nd bedroom with its soothing blue walls and amazing boveda ceiling (my wife wants one at our home now). The 3rd bedroom has numerous windows that allow air to flow freely. My favorite place at Casa Garland is most definitely the rooftop and its phenomenal views of the entire town. We started and ended each day on the rooftop (the views downtown and across the valley are amazing). In addition the the lounge area on one side, the rooftop offered an elevated terrace area with table/chairs to enjoy the sights and sounds. An additional bonus to our stay was access to a scooter and ATV which were housed in the garage of the house. We used them daily to travel to the downtown area and other surrounding spots (quick mart, parks,etc.). The house manager was great and truly a blessing. When we return to San Miguel we will most assuredly stay at Casa Garland.
