Nice home, too much control from owner.

We stayed in this home last weekend for a golf tournament. The home was nice, however the owner controls the air conditioning remotely. We spent over 5 hours in the sun and would like to come back to a cool house, however we had no control over the air and it was set at 73 degrees the entire time. After contacting the owner he claimed 73 degrees was the optimal temperature. I sweated every night in the bed and had to sleep with no covers on because it was so hot. I have never stayed at a place, hotel or rental property, where the owner dictates what the air conditioner should be set at. Very dissappointed.

4 couples shared the 4 bedroom home. beautiful neighborhood.....close to services......it was a great home base to take off and tour the area. well equipped home, even the incidentals.......paper products etc Home owner and local property manager easy to work with and very responsive to questions or suggestions. Even with 2 inches of snow on 2/20 while in tombstone, still had a great time. Gas Bar-B-Que full of propane and worked great........only suggestion we have is cut down one cue stick to make a few of the shots easier!

Paradise in the Desert

The place was immaculate. The owners were so accomodating to our requests. Well maintained inside and out. The interior of this place was huge enough for our party of eight and the outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool was a gathering place to relax at the end of our day. We had the greatest time. We will definitely recommend this awesome place to our family and friends.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

You can now stop your search for a house rental in Tucson.   It doesn't get any better than this. We just spent nine days here and can assure you everything about this place is perfect!!  If this house was for sale, I'd buy it. (The very private back yard/pool area alone would be all I needed to close the deal.)  The kitchen has everything necessary for whatever you might want to cook, the beds are very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. The property manager checked on us every few days to be sure everything was going well for us.  I can't imagine there is a nicer rental property than this in Tucson.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
