Welcome to Paradise! This executive ranch home offers four well appointed bedrooms for your comfort. There are two 'master' suites complete with Queen beds and private ensuite bathrooms. There is another bedroom equipped with a Double bed and a fourth bedroom with two Twin beds completes the sleeping quarters. The kitchen is open to the dining areas and the living room.

This is an exceptional get-away home with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

This wonderful home also boasts a private pool and hot tub for your added comfort. The home is located in beautiful Emerald Island Resort, which offers exquisite facilities, should you wish to venture out of the home.

The large two-car garage offers ample storage and also doubles as a games room with a pool table and air hockey table.

About The Owner

We live in Nova Scotia, Canada. We bought this ranch-style home in November 2010. We love to come to Florida in the winter, when we need a break from downhill skiing. We have a few golfers in the family and they like to get a jump on the rest of the people back home in preparation for the upcoming season. We also enjoy visiting during other school breaks offering us sunshine no matter what the season.

Why The Owner chose Emerald Island

The added security of a gated community first attracted us. The clubhouse offers a gym, computer room and games room which can entertain you on a rainy day. Or you can choose to swim in the community pool and use the hot tub. There is a good amount of concrete sidewalks and walking paths from which to enjoy nature.We chose to buy in this community because it is very close to many golf courses, the major theme parks and the airport.There are many amenities close by, such as grocery store, convenience store, and fast food if you're stuck.

What makes this bungalow unique

We love the convenience of having our own private pool which can be heated for the colder months of the year (for a small fee). We shopped very carefully to make sure that the furnishings and amenities in our home would provide a home away from home. We hope you enjoy staying in our home and take advantage of the many things Emerald Island Resort can offer as a community, as well as the various attractions that brought you to Florida in the first place - theme parks, golfing, sunshine and relaxation. (Make sure you visit the clubhouse to see what activities will be going on during your stay - the community is vibrant and there are fun things for everyone to do!)There is a tiki bar which offers both food and drink for your convenience. Some evenings also boast live entertainment.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The villa was better than the pictures. It is well maintained and very clean. We spent the week with our kids,and grandkids. There was more than enough room for everyone. The grandkids loved the pool. The mamagement team (especially Emma) was very helpful. We can't wait to come back for another stay. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to stay in the villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We love to stay in our home as well and are always glad when people are as happy as we are while in Emerald Island. The community is great. It is nice to hear that our private pool is used as it offers the convenience of swimming anytime. Our children love to swim first thing in the morning and it is nice to have a cup of coffee and see them splash about. We would love for you to return and tell your friends too!

Great Home Away from Home

This is the first time we rented a villa. With three children, travelling in hotels can become quite expensive. This home was very well appointed and was great! The kids were excited about having "their own pool"!!! They felt special - thank you. The neighborhood was great - very family friendly with a good mix of yong and old. the people around the community were very friendly and it was a fun place to go when not visiting the theme parks. Thank you, we will definitely do this again!

Wonderful Home

We want to thank you for the beautiful home! We really did feel like we were at home. The full kitchen enabled us to prepare our own meals. We also ate out a few evenings as there were many interesting places to eat close by. We are avid golfers and found that this home base was great for us to try out a variety of courses.
The weather was great too!
