Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-6)

Our unit is located on the corner of the second floor with the elevator just a few steps away. The garage parking space is right next to the elevator, so no long walks with the groceries, baggage, and equipments. The property is just a few steps away from the shuttle bus stop. So, you may not need to use your vehicle while you are visiting Park City. The shuttle bus is absolutely free and comes regularly to take you to any ski resorts, downtown, and other stops. Our unit has ceiling fans in every room and warm color walls to relax while you are inside.

The entrance to the Condo gives you an open and spacious view with relaxing warm colors to feel at home. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV with digital cable and over 500 channels to view for the family to enjoy in the living room area. Also, there is a wood fireplace to keep warm during the winter season and complimentary firewood to our guests. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with all cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, etc. All you need to bring with you are the beverages and food. For our extra guests, there is a convertible double bed sofa.

In the back of the unit there are two bedrooms with bathrooms. Each bedroom comes with a 32' flat screen TV with digital cable and over 200 channels. Our master bedroom which we call 'the blue room' has several light blue colors to feel relax and a view of the mountains through the balcony. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi style bathtub to enjoy after being out skiing, hiking, and or walking. Our guest room has two twin beds and a view of the mountains as well and across the hall is the guest bathroom.

About Owner/Property Manager

My husband and I are currently based in Geoje, S Korea. We have several properties in the U.S.A. for vacation rentals and have my son Lee Baumgartner, Vice President and Michael Bridgett, Relations Manager taking care of the properties. I keep in touch with both Lee & Mike on the daily basis and visit all properties 2-3 times a year. I am a UNLV alumni and Tim is from the UK. We thank you for considering our Park City condo and wish you, family, and or friends a wonderful stay.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Prospector Square

We've never been to Park City, Utah prior to purchasing this vacation rental. As a world traveler, we have to say this little town is beautiful! People are so friendly and environmentally conscious. Suncreek Condominium is in a perfect location. Shopping, ski resorts, and special events areas are nearby and the airport just 35-50 minutes drive. The Sundance Festival event location is just a 5-7 minutes walk from the condo. We really love the part where you can just walk outside the building and there's the Union Pacific trail to do your daily walks, run, and or biking. The unit we purchased has such a great view from the balcony and the neighbors are so quiet. This place really makes you feel at home and relaxed at all times, especially during the winter season with the sound of the firewood crackling and the warmth of the fire surrounds the living room space.

What makes this condo unique

Apart from the beautiful trail next to the condominium, Park City's free shuttle bus is just several steps from the building to take you to the ski resorts, downtown, and other stops. It's simply wonderful to have free transportation to take you around the city just at your door step. The Sundance Festival event is just a walking distant away and restaurants. The property's complimentary firewood and secured underground garage, I considered unique benefits - especially during the winter time.

I am in the property management business, so am usually very critical of properties. This property is professionally managed down to the "T". You can expect prompt courteous responses to your enquiries, and our stay was well worth the money. I will use these folks again if I venture to a locale where they have a property.

Great Apartment for Snow Family Vacations!

It is a very nice and cozy apartment that you could rent for a party of four, and in case that you are traveling with friends 5 or 6 could fit fine.

It is in very good shape, you find everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation, and when I mean everything is everything.

The owner is always ready to help you, but he doesn't invade you at all.

The location is fantastic, it is 5 minutes away from Park City Resort and 10 minutes from Deer Valley.

We really had a very good time and of course in our next visit to the area. will be more than happy to stay at the same place again.

Wonderful time

Our group of 4 stayed for 4 days at this condo in February 2013, we had a great experience. The condo has everything you could ever need, including toiletries and hair dryer. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a jacuzzi tub with bubbles.
Very centrally located to the slopes via shuttle and walking distance to many restaurants.
A very nice trail for walking, biking and jogging is just next to the building.
We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Park City.

This was our first trip to Park City and we were not sure what to expect. Our stay in this condo was enjoyable, especially with the assistance of the property manager and his list of recommendations to see and do, as well as favorite restaurants. The property was clean and accurately described. It is also centrally located with easy access to public transportation - which we used to Main Street. We rented a vehicle so we did not use public transportation to access the slopes. We personally enjoyed boarding at Park City the most, with minimal flat surfaces. Our favorite restaurant was "Blind Dog", which is within walking distance and serves exceptional food (sushi, appetizers, seafood, steak, drinks, and dessert). We also really enjoyed our visit to Olympic Park.
