Playa Turquesa Ocean Club is an exceptional development offering 24 hour on-site security, 2 large pools (one with a swim up bar), 2 children’s pools, outdoor showers, reception area, having direct access to the beach with a beautiful covered pergola structure solely for the use of guests staying at Playa Turquesa.

You will love the convenience of grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, bars, spas, pet supplies, pharmacy, money exchanges and much more, all only a short walk away.

About The Owner

My husband and I have travelled to many Caribbean destinations. While we have enjoyed many of them, we came to fall in love with Punta Cana. This easily was our choice location when we decided to purchase a second home. We hope you will enjoy visiting Punta Cana and experiencing all it has to offer, just as much as we do!

Perfect Vacation - just what we needed

My Husband and I just got back from 3 1/2 weeks at this awesome condo. We have rented many condos in various places, and this one, by far was the best. Marianna and Lana were amazing and so helpful. Loved the beautiful beach right there and you can walk to many great restaurants in minutes. Within the first week there, we re booked for next year! Can't wait to return.

Great Punta Cana location

We just returned from a 5 night stay and everything was wonderful from the time Lana picked us up at the airport until the time she dropped us off. The condo looks exactly as pictured. From 12p-4p you can get lunch right on the beach at the condo, the price is good and food was good. Across the street is the French Bakery where we had pastries and coffee, Nam Nam for sandwiches, the grocery store for essentials, the fruit and veggie truck among other places for food and drinks. We took the bus for 30 pesos to the shopping mall and rum factory. All in all its a great location and we had a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great Condo in a perfect location

I stayed at this condo rather then stay at an All inclusive for a destination wedding. I was very pleased with Marianna's ease of booking and responses to any questions I had via email or phone. The photos reflect the space exactly and the beach is a close three minute walk from the back patio. The complex is well known in the area and has 24 hour security - the guards are helpful and friendly as are all the staff.The condo is easy to get to from the airport and is within walking distance to many restaurants in the area. If you choose not to walk there is always the motorbike taxi or vehicle taxi for transport.I enjoyed the space and the surroundings tremendously and would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone . I want to thank Lana for her tour of the area and airport pick up and drop off- a very convenient service offered. Cant wait for my next visit to Punta Cana!

Fantastic Condo

Just returned from a fabulous week in Punta Cana - missing 'Sandy' both coming and going. This condo is lovely and both the description and the pictures are exactly as described - even had a mid-week cleaning which I wasn't expecting - a very nice touch!!

Lana and John are fantastic - one minor problem with the AC which John attended to immediately. Lana is fabulous - stopped at the grocery store on the way in - we even had a fun time tasting the different cheeses. She showed me all around the property, showed me restaurants - everything! I was traveling by myself so this was expecially helpful. I met so many great people both owners and renters. Great restaurants - Soles and Citrus were favorites but San Angelo had fabulous pizza. Outside In is now closed for good.

Working with Marianna was a wonderful experience. Her responses to questions/emails,etc were more than prompt. The entire process was a great experience!

LOVED IT!!!

My fiancee and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures are very accurate the property was very well maintained. Lana and John (the property managers) were outstanding and the owner of this property was very professional and helpful. Lana showed us everything we needed to know and helped us to plan all of our activities which included horseback riding and swimming with dolphins. We ate at Outside In and it was just as good if not better than the rave reviews it has received. Nam Nam was great as well and we had Chikita Bonita gelato EVERY DAY!! I also liked the fact that it was away from the resorts, so if you're looking for the 5 star resort type atmosphere this may not be the place for you. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.
