Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-6)

This condo is located on beautiful Holmes beach. It is the downstairs unit (1 of 2). The condo is very comfortable and sleeps 4 comfortably with additional space for two pull-outs. It has a full shower/tub, kitchen with all that you need and a washer/dryer. It is very quaint and the grounds have beautiful exotic and tropical plants. You are only a few short steps to the beach which has the most beautiful blue water and sandy beaches.

There is a trolley that picks up throughout the day and evening one blck away. The unit is centrally located between Cortez Beach and Anna Maria Island where there are shopping areas, the Ringling Brother's Museum, and many restaurants.

Come join us at Holmes Beach for the most beautiful sunset Florida has to offer!

Why The Owner chose Holmes Beach

We chose to buy this unit due to the fact it was located directly on the beach and it was a small condo unit of 4. It was also a short distance from where we live and allowed us to get out of the city and relax. Holmes Beach is absolutely beautiful all year round.

What makes this condo unique

We love relaxing on the beach and watching the evening sunsets. Mornings are usually filled with walks on the beach and collecting shells. We also love taking the trolley to Anna Maria island for dinner and shopping.

My mom and I stayed here in August - yes it was hot, but everything was fantastic! The location is PERFECT - quiet, secluded and immediate access to the most beautiful beach I know of. I truly enjoyed my own bedroom, as I normally use a couch pull out. The AC worked beautifully, everything you could ever want was stocked in the kitchen and it was a very comfortable condo. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

A piece of paradise

Words cannot describe how pleasant a vacation this was. Sandy made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in with our hand-written welcome note to the vast amenities this condo has to offer. I always pack pans, bowls, cooking utensils, etc because you never know. Sandy had it all, right down to a blender and an iron skillet. The 2 second walk to the beach gave you the feeling that it was your own beach and you had seclusion from the rest of the world. We cannot wait to go back! What a great find!
