This is one of the newest condos in Shanty Creek with a fantastic view down the 2nd fairway and a quick walk to the Schuss slopes. This first floor unit is beautiful, clean and has everything the golfer or skier could need for a great vacation. Gas fireplace, washer and dryer, full kitchen, deck, air, cable and internet. You'll be very pleased to call this condo home while on vacation! The condo has new living room furniture with a sofa bed, a queen in the master and two twins in the 2nd bedroom.

Shanty Creek Golf: Shanty Creek resort offers 72 holes on four championship golf courses, each combining challenging play with Up North natural beauty.

The courses offer tight fairways, formidable doglegs, breathtaking hazards, and varying elevations, Shanty Creek’s golf courses put golfers in an enviable position—trying to read and play those challenging greens amid the stunning views. Golf Tom Weiskopf designed Cedar River Course, Arnold Palmers, The Legend, the Schuss Mountain course - a favorite among locals who annually name it one of the top public courses in Michigan and Shanty Creeks original course - the Summit.

The resorts 4500 acres also provides for outdoor activities, including Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, restaurants and entertainment.

What to do outside the resort?: Golf 4 wonderful courses, swim, boat, use the pools and hot tubs, sight see - you'll run out of time before you run out of things to do. Please enjoy the resort restaurants and shopping, and visit the great places in Bellaire. There is a movie theatre, video store, grocery store (Glens), some cool shops (such as Sassy Sunflower), coffee shops (Moka) and restaurants. One of our favorites is Lulu’s – and don’t miss the Bellaire Bar next door. In the resort, try Lakeview – it really does have a fantastic view of Lake Bellaire, or Ivan’s over at Schuss Village. If you get a chance to go a little further, Dockside on Torch Lake is a fun place to eat with a great setting on the lake. A few more miles will get you to Alden (don’t miss Higgins for the best ice cream around), or Traverse City, Petoskey and Charlevoix.

Relaxing Stay

I just wanted to drop a note to say how please we all were with the condo. My wife, the boys and I had a great, relaxing time.
We found the condo easily and its location was great. It was very clean and well-stocked (had the all-important wine opener)! We will definitely be back.

Ski Vacation condo

We just got back from our first (but definitely not last) Shanty Creek ski vacation. I think we may have started a new Super Bowl tradition. The condo was better than advertised, clean, warm, comfortable, and well kept. My wife, who is usually a stickler about these kind of things, went on and on about how great the condo was. Thank you for the recommendation of the unit.

Even better than advertised

We stayed here for a week last summer and it was even better than advertised. Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed. Agent was easy to deal with and was available as needed. Would definitely recommend this, especially for families looking for a nice Up North getaway.

MLK snow boarding weekend

Exactly as pictured but better!
Condo is very comfortable, spacious, and most important... Clean.
It was great leaving the truck and walking to the hill to board/ski. It is just across the fairway and through a couple of trees to the parking lot at Ivan's. Never moved the truck all weekend.
Very happy with accomodations and will stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
