Beautiful condo located on the edge of downtown Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, it is within close, easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the ocean but without the city noise. Enjoy magnificent ocean views from our 4th floor elevator accessed unit. Our condo is recently remodeled yet simply decorated; complete with tiled floors, island style furnishings & art to enhance the Hawaiian feeling. We've tried to supply our condo with the vacationer in mind. That means plenty of beach towels, a cooler, books, games, puzzles and more. There is wireless high-speed Internet, cable, a flat screen Sony Bravia TV, blu-ray disc player, and iHome music system for your convenience & enjoyment. The complex has beautifully landscaped grounds, pool and cabana (with sink, microwave and small fridge). The recently updated pool deck has gas grills, tables, chairs & umbrellas. The unit has a dedicated parking space in the underground garage (elevator access to all floors).

We have been coming to the islands of Hawaii annually for over 15 years. After visiting all of the islands, we agreed that the Big Island was our favorite, and when the drop in the housing market gave us an opportunity to own a small piece of it, we took the leap! Many years we have come multiple times to enjoy all of the wonderful things the Big Island has to offer. As a result, we have enjoyed many of the activities & seen numerous attractions and would be happy to help you make the most out of your vacation.

We chose Kaliua Kona because it has beautiful beaches, great snorkeling, and a downtown that provides something for everyone. We feel that Kona has the best of all of the islands with the relaxing, laid back atmosphere of a small town.
We chose Kona Pacific because of the location within Kona. In less than 5 minutes, we can walk to restaurants, shopping, or the ocean. We love that we can easily take advantage of all the beaches have to offer, visit the volcano, stargaze, fish, golf or go to a luau all from one convenient location!
The unit comes complete with all major appliances including a new full-size washer/dryer, new dishwasher, 2 full baths and air conditioning. There is access to the huge covered lanai from both the living and bedroom for beautiful ocean, garden and mountain views. We have fully stocked the unit with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. All you need to do is bring your bathing suit!

The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to cook or bake.
This unit has simple, basic furnishings, and the tile floors make it easy to keep clean.
There is a lovely view from the deck looking over the pool area and beyond to the Ocean.
There is air conditioning throughout, although we preferred to use the ceiling fans both inside and outside,
There are lots of towels, beach towels and beach chairs, etc.
We appreciated having basic supplies on our arrival, such as toilet paper, seasonings, coffee filters and coffee, etc., all of which we replaced.
We found the owners very helpful and straight forward in our dealings with them,
This unit was perfect for us, and the location is good for beach access, as well as the Royal Kona, Huggo's, and Habaneros Restaurants, Other restaurants are within a few minutes by foot, groceries are a few minutes away by car, including Safeway, Foodland as well as Drug Stores such as Longs.
We were a group of three staying in their lovely apartment! Probably the best rental we stayed at! Everything was well prepared for us. The owner is a very reliable and thoughtful person. His property reflects this. I would definitely stay here again if I came here again.
We had a great time in the unit. Everything was perfect. It was very clean and quiet und very well kept. All the necessary equipment for the beaches and snorkeling were there. The necesaary explanations were really well prepared and
made it very easy to get to know things. It was always a pleasure to come "home" and enjoy a drink and meal on the lanie. We certainly will come back one day! thanks for a wonderful vacation!
This was an immaculate unit within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Though these were near-by, the unit was very quiet and our stay was restful. We were very pleased that it was fully-furnished--complete kitchen with eating and cooking utensils, plenty of towels, beach gear, laundry with detergent, and other amenities. We will recommend this condo because it will accommodate families. The owners checked to make sure that everything was in order and that our stay was comfortable. They provided excellent directions from the airport to our parking spot. They returned our deposit immediately after we checked out.
We just spent almost 2 weeks and loved it. The condo was clean and well-appointed. Reality reflected what was advertised. Bernie was great to work with. This was our first experience with a condo rental vacation and will not be our last based on our positive experience. It was close to restaurants and a short drive to big box stores but yet quiet. I would absolutely recommend this to friends. Don't miss a meal at Island Lava Java - great live music on Thursday night.
This is a wonderful condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We instantly felt like we were at home with the well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings.
The photos accurately represent the property - very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed.
The location was a perfect choice for our stay on Big Island, a short stroll into town, and only 5 minutes from some great cafes and restaurants, and still really quiet in the evenings.
Bernie, the property owner was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process - great communication prior to, and during our stay - he really made the whole process easy and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this condo, and hope to stay again myself.
We searched high and low for the perfect place in paradise to call our second home. You can take advantage of all of our hard work by making our home yours. Located only a half block off Alii drive, our condo is walking distance to Kailua Village (Kona Town) and is just a short walk to the beach, shopping and a variety of restaurants, including Outback and Bubba Gump’s Shrimp House. Across the street, the Royal Kona Resort has several luaus each week. Great snorkeling, diving, surfing, beaches, tennis, golf and everything you come to Hawaii for are all easily accessed from our location. Approximately: 15 minutes south of Kona International Airport, 20 minutes from Coffee Plantations, 2 hours to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, 2 hours to Mauna Kea Summit Observatory, 1 hour to Parker Ranch.
