Excellent vacation location

This is the second year my wife, myself and a friend stayed here. Last year we were her the month of Feb. and liked it so much we are here two months this year. The condo is located within 20 minutes. of all major theme parks and shopping centers. The comunity is quiet and friendly, a great place to relax.

Bright and Comfortable, Well Located

We spent 2 months in this townhouse and really enjoyed it! The weather was perfect as well. We liked the nice bright atmosphere; lots of sunshine gets in the front and back windows, so no daytime lighting is needed. The unit is large and would easily accomodate 6 people with room for another 2 on the hide-a-bed sofa.
This is the best rental we have found; beating out 2 others we have tried in different cities. The home was very clean when we arrived, and was easy to keep clean.

Good ethernet internet connection. There is a wireless router but we were unable to find a password, so we just plugged in our laptop.

We enjoyed good customer relations with Magical Memories, who efficiently took care of any shortages and handled our mail, including several packages.

We were relatively close to shopping and restaurants so we were able to ride our bikes up to Highway 192 through neighbourhoods to access everything. Hardly used our car since we had our bikes. Our favorite restaurant is the Ichiban.

The clubhouse, pool and tennis court are all in excellent condition and not overcrowded. No trouble getting court time, and there is no fee for tennis. Not a lot of community activities while we were there.

Kitchen has all the essentials for home cooking of meals.

We would recommend this property to anyone looking to relax in a quiet community that is very close to the Disney attractions.

Clean and roomy townhouse

My family stayed here for 6 nights in June 2011. The townhouse was clean, roomy and within easy driving distance from Disney World. Will stay there again next time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
