This large 650 sq ft studio is located directly in front of the Golf Clubhouse. Strategically located within 5 min walking distance to golfing, skating, swimming and dining. The condo has been newly renovated with hardwood flooring, Rinnai heating system, new furnishings and painted throughout. It is exceptionally clean and bright with a wonderful working wood fireplace, teak and walnut furnishings, flat screen TV and WIFI access. Accommodates 2 people with one pull out sofa. Docile, well behaved dogs allowed.
