Cancellations: We want to give you as much flexibility as possible. Therefore bookings can be canceled or changed at anytime. A full refund minus 20 Euro will be made only if somebody else will book the dates you canceled, otherwise the booking dates can be changed with available ones, if the guest pays the additional new rental charges, but no refund can be made. For unavoidable circumstances we advice you to take out travel insurance. But even without insurance: you will not lose your money if you can choose other free dates.

Good location for to start sight seeing, public transport is very close.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments to friends and family. The fresh flowers in the room were much appreciated, thank you.

Amazing location in the heart of Berlin

We were family of 2 and spent 3 days in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, nice and light, very well decorated. The friend of owner was very communicable and nice guy, he wait for us and moved in. The location is simply great: 300m to the Brandenburg gate(!!), very close to Reichstag and Potsdamer Platz. There is a big supermarket near the apartment, many restaurants, U-bahn station, pubs and even a place where you can rent a bike - the best way to travel on Berlin. I wanna thank you very much, Jörg, for the super vacation and I'm sure we'll return to Berlin and will get in touch again. We really had a great time there! Definitely recommended for anyone, I could assume it's probably the best apartment to rent in the city.

Assieme a mia moglie e a mio figlio, abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento perfettamente arredato e pulito . La sua dislocazione è perfetta, a pochi minuti sia dalla Porta di Brandeburgo che da Potsdamer Plaz. Facili gli spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici per la presenza della fermata autobus sotto casa e U-Ban e S-Ban a pochi minuti di distanza. Attaversata la strada trovate inoltre un fornitissimo supermercato molto comodo per fare la spesa soprattutto dopo una giornata di visita alla città. Joerg il proprietario è stato molto gentile e professionale, riconoscendoci un sconto sull'affitto per un piccolo inconveniente dovuto al ritardo sulla consegna delle chiavi dell'appartamento al nostro arrivo. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.

If you want to stay in Berlin and be close to all its attractions but away from the crowds this is the spot for you. The flat is simply perfect: well decorated, clean, big and containing every needed equipments. It is really close of a metro station or international train station.

Charming and centrally located

We stayed 5 days in Berlin and were really glad to find this great and perfectly located studio apartment. Easy to access from Tegel Airport. It is very clean, quiet and cozy. The owner is a local - he is very kind and helpful and will assist you with your needs and all questions. Most sights, like Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz or Checkpoint Charlie, are in walking distance just as a grocery store and restaurants.
For our stay in Berlin, this place and the owner were the right choice!
