Great house and location, you won't be disappointed!

As a vacation, 4 families and our family rented this over the weekend. Out of many beach houses, cabin homes, and hotels we have vacationed at; this was by far the best. Not only was there more than enough space, but the location was marvelous. The views from the living room, balcony, and the deck were breathtaking. We rented this for three days, so we can go around and visit places; However, we ended up staying in the house 2 out of 3 the days just relaxing and enjoying the house. It is perfect for a group of 14-18 people, you will have fun just staying in most times. There is no need worry about space, amenities, or anything. Again, can't stress how perfect the combination of the size of the house, the location (the breath-taking views), and all the amenities were. Pat was also a great owner, very easy to do business with and quick replies for any and all questions. In conclusion, on a scale of 10, this house is a 10 in every category. In fact, our family and a few more families are planning again to rent the house again in the future. Pat, you have a great house, and thank you for letting others experience it. I cannot really type anything else positive, because it will just be redundant. Just rent the house and go through the trouble of trying to write review as positive as this house is!!

Owner's Response: Wow, I thought I was the only one who enjoyed just staying home and enjoying the view but I guess I was wrong. As you said, the great thing about the house is that you get the best of both worlds, use it as a private retreat or as a base of operations for all the great things to do in the area, either way or both, it's a great choice.
