Unit 8D at Los Porticos Villas near Placencia Village. The beach is just out of your door, footsteps away! 2 bedroom , 2.5 bath condo, tastefully decorated.

We invite you to experience the tropical luxury of Belize from our spacious new (2009) beachfront condominium. Belize boasts the world's second largest Barrier Reef as well as numerous small islands (called Cayes) which offers unparalleled diving and snorkeling opportunities in the clear Caribbean.

Local businesses offer daily trips diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, cave tubing, jungle tours, or visiting Mayan Ruins. Wherever your interest lies you can find something to do in Placencia. It is still very much a small Central American village untainted by large scale tourism which is what makes it so unique.

Fly into Belize City (BZE), from there it's a short 35 minute flight into Placencia. A 5 minute cab ride from the airport will deliver you to Los Porticos. The resort is located a short distance from Placencia Village where bike rentals and golf cart rental can be arranged. The village contains many open air restaurants serving the freshest seafood as well as featuring local and international cuisine.

U.S. currency is accepted everywhere at an exchange rate of 2:1. English is spoken throughout the village, but if you stay long enough you might be fortunate enough to pick up the Caribbean Creole which is the preferred language of the local residents.
