Cabin, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths (Sleeps 12-16)

Located in the Gardner Mountain area of South Lake Tahoe, this 4 bedroom 2 bath home has all the essential to make your Lake Tahoe visit one to remember. The 4 bedrooms include: 3 private rooms with double beds, one room with 2 bunk beds- double beds on the bottom and twin beds on top and twin trundle beds. 2 full bathrooms, one on the bottom floor and one upstairs with double sinks. A loft area with a twin bed and a twin trundle overlook the downstairs living area. This spacious home sleeps 16 people comfortably, without counting the extra room for air mattresses and the futons downstairs.

Relax in a Jacuzzi with the perfect backdrop of the woods at your surroundings. With this fully equipped kitchen there is no need to head out to dine, but rest assure there are plenty of locations near by to meet all your needs. The kitchen is equip with all utensils and appliances which neighbors a large dining area which seating for 8. The gas fireplace creates a harmonious atmosphere for those snowy days and the patio surrounded by pines is perfect for an outdoor barbecue (grill included). Cozy up in the living area and enjoy a DVD or a sports game on cable on the flat screen TV or get to work or play on the free wireless internet.

Linens and towels are included for our guests along with a washer and dryer and a 1 car garage and a 2 car driveway.

This cabin was a pleasure to stay at. There were three private bedrooms, one room with two sets of bunk beds that sleep 3-5 people each one, and one bed in the loft area. Not a lot of privacy in the house but if you're there to bond with your travel companions, this is an ideal place to do so in.

The amenities were great - hot tub was amazing. The kitchen was well-equipped.

It is close to stores, casinos, and heavenly ski resort.

Communication with the owners and maintenance crew was good. I didn't get the entry information in advance but the numbers listed worked to get that information, so it all worked out.

We enjoyed this lovely space. Thank You.

Beautiful, affordable place great people to rent from!

After having some bad experiences with other potential Tahoe places, we rented this house for a weekend to celebrate my birthday with friends. Not only was if affordable and actually true to what it advertised, the house was more beautiful than the listing conveys. The maintenance and management was accessible, promptly responsive, very easy going and friendly. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and the location is conveniently close to any shopping you need to do. One important note is that the area has many houses close together and consequently a 10pm quiet down rule outside, but our group of 14 still had fun :)

Tahoe Weekend

Homey, Spacious Cabin in South Lake Tahoe- our group was only in Tahoe for the weekend, but this home had enough space to hold us all comfortably. Three bedrooms with double beds (a little hard, and queen beds would have been nicer.) One bedroom with two bunk beds with doubles on the bottom, with pull out mattresses underneath: very nice, and a loft with a trundle and a pull out. The deck was awesome nice tall trees around a serein setting, table and chairs, hot tub, propane BBQ too. It was nice to be able to park one of the cars in the garage: washer and dryer included! The kitchen was a wonderful space with lots of countertop to work in. This rental included a phone number of the local maintenance person to call if there were any issues: the drain clogged, and Javier was there within a ½ hour to get it fixed for us. This was a wonderful benefit. The only down fall was that there were limited amenities in the kitchen: some salt, but no pepper, no foil or saran wrap. Limited toilet paper, tissues and wash clothes. But overall a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable home

We stayed at this lovely home with our Youth Retreat from our church. We had 6 adults and 13 teens. We had all that we needed. The owner was very easy to work with, and helpful. We found a great sledding hill just down the street from our place. We loved the pizza at The Brewery, too. We had a great weekend, and would definitely recommend this place.
