LOCATION: Adjacent to Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run connecting you and the kids to the entire trail system. 2 ski lifts within 100 yards. Across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of fabled Western Territory. A 5 minute walk north to the center of Snowshoe Village, ski school, Split Rock Pools and our favorite restaurant The Foxfire Grill.

ENJOY: A true ski lodge experience in a great location. Park on one side, the ski slopes are on the other side. Perfect for a first rate family holiday. One of the best 2 bedroom rentals at Snowshoe. Well done inside, close to everything outside !

Once again, we rented this unit for the 2nd year in a row. We love the bed configuration in the 2nd bedroom (2 bunk beds) and the ease to get to all areas of the slopes. We can ski out, walk to Western territory, walk to the village and take the shuttle over to silver creek. The other perk that I must mention are the extras, the coffee, having all the filters, sugar, paper products, towels for kitchen/batch soap for kitchen and batch as well. This makes it so easy to travel. I will add this unit is getting a little "tired" looking- and there was a recent leak in the ceiling with buckets near the fireplace. But I will say it was clean upon arrival.
Everything about the place was great. We came on a snowy day and fell in love with the place. The fireplace was key and we used it every night. The kids loved the bunk bed space and it was quiet and private. Hosts were available and prompt when we had a question. Awesome coffee and even better snow. Plenty of hot water for amazing shower after long day of skiing. Walked everywhere and enjoyed sushi restaurant 100 feet from our condo. Can't wait to go back!
Whitstlepunk 31 was clean, spacious, very comfortable, well-appointed, and warm! It is larger than it looks in the pictures. The unit is set up for ski in and ski out, with easy access to the slope. We would definitely stay there again.
Good Condo but NOT a true ski-in/ski-out as noted in listing. You go down one flight of steps to a path (level and not groomed ) and hike to the Whistlepunk Trail. There is no way you could ski into or out of the Condo without hiking. We found it easier to hike through the parking lots to the Powder Monkey Lift. As for the "well stocked" kitchen, a teapot would have been nice for boiling water for hot chocolat, tea drinkers and oatmeal as well as a large pot for reheating homemade chicken soup and a coffee grinder for the "complimentary" coffee. No coffee can be made without a grinder for the coffee beans !
