From one traveler to the next Im happy to welcome you to NYC and my home!
Fabian Sinti purchased this apartment in 1994
Its perfect location to call home, its safe and centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood with Central Park at your doorstep.
This is a dream location, spend the day exploring the many museums and shops or wandering around one of the nicest areas of Central Park all while being in the Heart of NYC. Its all the city has to offer without the noise and hassle. Easy to get around, easy to move in and enjoy and great for relocation or simply getting away.
This was our first time renting in New York, and I am so thrilled to report that it has been such a great experience! Fabian is a fantastic host, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and any requests/concerns/questions we had were answered promptly. The apt is in a fabulous location, everything you need within walking distance. As for the apt itself it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay ( we stayed 2 months ) for 2 persons. I like to cook so I was happy that the quaint kitchen had a large fridge with a freezer, and a gas stove plus a microwave and dishwasher, the shower had a nice water pressure, the living room had comfortable sofa/bed, high speed internet, and lots of Time Warner Cable channels. The bedroom though small had a comfortable mattress. Top it off there was lots of closet space, AND was incredibly quiet. We would most certainly recommended Fabian and his apt on the upper east side to all our friends, and colleagues
As A single Female traveling to New York on my own I was concerned about finding a safe and secure place for my stay. I couldn't of picked a more perfect place. This Apartment on The Upper East Side was everything I could of hoped for. A home away from home in a perfect area, really convenient to everything in NYC, Amazing shopping, Central park, Museums and Everything you could need. The apartment was peaceful, quiet, homely and I always felt completely secure. Fabian was amazing, and always replied straight away to any questions I had. I couldn't recommend him more. A great experience. So glad I choose this place to stay.
Thank you to Fabian for an amazing apartment on the Upper East Side!
As a young female in her 20's, travelling alone all the way from Australia - it was important to find a safe, secure and suitable oasis to call home for the 3 month duration of my trip!
This UES apartment became my "home away from home" - accommodating all my necessities both inside the apartment, and in its surrounds. With absolute convenience in every aspect - the apartment is positioned at the back of the building providing more peace and quiet. There is a fully equipped quaint kitchen, with grocery shops only a few blocks away. Situated close to Central Park and the East River, it was surprisingly easy to exercise in the city without checking into a gym - I enjoyed walking around the Central Park Reservoir or along the FDR drive looking out over the East River. Building also includes washing machine and dryer located in the basement as well as an elevator (for the days you don't feel like taking the stairs)!
My purpose in New York was to complete an internship in the heart of Midtown, however I made it my mission to spend my free time sight-seeing all that New York has to offer! The convenience of the 4, 5, 6 subway ONLY one block away, was a BIG perk. Buses, cabs and car services are the slowest (and most expensive) way to get anywhere in Manhattan, so the accessibility of the subway at your finger tips makes it incredibly easy to get around. Especially for the first time visitors who have ALOT to see!
I would recommend this to anyone (young or elderly) looking for a true New Yorker experience! I adored this apartment, and would rate 5 STARS :)
This UES apartment was the perfect place to live in NYC. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to great restaurants and shops, as well as transportation by subway, bus, and taxi. It’s so easy to get around the city, and there is so much to do right in the neighborhood: a quick walk to Central Park and Museum Mile. The listing and photos are a good representation of the apartment: clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The owner was honest, exceedingly helpful, and responsive. I am looking forward to a return visit and would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends.
I had an excellent stay at this UES apartment. It is extremely well maintained, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is there, and in the one case something needed to be fixed, the owner reacted very promptly. The apartment has a great location very close to the park, the subway and is in a great neighborhood. It is quiet and safe. I highly recommend it!
The landlord was excellent: honest, responsive and attentive to detail. He helped move my many, many suitcases in, and told me about the area and where to find what. He was prompt in responding to any questions or requests for additional equipment (for instance, an iron and an ironing board.)
The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The listing description was accurate, as were the photos. The location is ideal: steps away from Central Park and about 5 minutes from the nearest subway. There is a lot to do in the area: museums, nice restaurants, excellent shopping. I would recommend the property, and the landlord, to friends and relatives without reservations.
