Relaxing condo in South Beach

We stayed at the condo last month and it was a really good experience. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The condo looks just like the photos - very bright and clean, all the amenities we expected and it had a really laid-back vacation feel. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 4.
The owner wasn't incredibly prompt in getting back to us with inquiries, but he did respond to everything eventually and was very polite, so I'd encourage potential renters to have patience and everything will work out. The property contact in Miami was very nice and made us feel welcome and was available to answer any questions we had once we got there.
The location of the condo is great - in the Art Deco district, a few blocks to the beach and a few blocks to the grocery store. The area had character and felt quite safe. I'd recommend a little Cuban restaurant only a block away - great food and less expensive than the tourist traps on Ocean Drive. We walked everywhere, no need for a car, although it was a bit of hike up to Lincoln Road Mall.
And like everywhere in Miami, the weather was perfect. If we come back to Miami, we'd definitely stay here again.
