REMODELED MAY 2012. 1 Bedroom. 1 Bath. Fully Equipped Kitchen. (Sleeps 2)

Kihei Kai Nani is just steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beach II with its' golden sands, safe warm waters and is also controlled by life guards. This is truly a paradise vacation where unbelievable sunsets can be seen nightly as the gentle trade winds sway the palm trees.

Our second floor condo is quiet, peaceful and has been completely remodeled. The unit is tiled throughout and has new cabinets with granite counter tops. We supply bed linen, towels, including beach towels. The bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of closet space. In the bathroom there is a rainhead walk-in shower and large vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances including an ice-maker refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. The bright spacious lounge has A/C, a sofa sleeper, dining for four and a 46' cable TV. Directly below the TV you will find a large granite work area with internet connection and free phone to both local and US. The condo has a safe for your valuables. On the lanai you will find a peaceful, comfortable seating area with a table and chairs. Also there is a cabinet with all your beach requirements, chairs, snorkel gear, boggy boards etc.

Year round turtles are found in abundance on the South Shores of Maui. December through April visiting whales from Alaska and their young can be seen from Kihei's many beaches playing in the ocean. Mornings find the waters of the bay crystal clear and tranquil, perfect for snorkelling, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding and canoeing

About Owner

Howard and Gloria were both born in England. Howard left England to live in New Zealand at the age of 19 yrs where he spent 40 yrs. He frequently visited Maui for his windsurfing holidays where, on his last visit, he met Gloria. She left England at the age of 26 yrs and lived and worked as a nurse in several states across America. Gloria had been pursuing her career in Hawaii for 10 yrs before meeting Howard. After marrying we decided to go to Australia for a 3 yr working holiday. We then returned back to the Hawaiian Islands and settled in the place we love the most in the world, Maui.

Nearest Airport : Kahului at 10 Miles

Available on site you have a 24hr security guard and free parking. For your enjoyment, Kihei Kai Nani offers conveniently located gas BBQs grills and picnic tables. Centrally located is a large swimming pool, 30ft x 60ft, great for laps or a refreshing dip. In the grounds surrounding the units are lush tropical plants and the air is filled with the fragrance of plumeria flowers. p Directly across from the complex is Kamaole Beach II. To the right of this beach is Kamaole Beach I, to the left is Kamaole Beach III. A short distance down the road is Charlie Young's Beach and an area named Cove Park which is a haven for those wanting to learn surfing and stand-up paddle boarding. There is an abundance of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance from the unit. When turning left as you leave the complex you will walk directly into Moose McGillycully's, 808's Sandwich Bar, 808's Restaurant and Fred's Mexican Restaurant for you dining pleasure. A right turn out of the complex leads you directly to Subway, Denny's, Harley Rentals, Dive shops, clothing stores, Shave Ice, Cafe O' Lei. Further down the road, by Cove Park, you will find Kihei Cafe, Foodlands Supermarket and many local markets. A short drive South takes you to the area of Wailea with its' large prestigious resorts, shopping center, immaculate beaches and snorkelling areas. These resorts are open for any one to walk through and enjoy the views, (be sure to take your camera). This area has world renowed golf courses. Further down the road you will find the best snorkelling on the Island at Makena. Warm trade winds of the afternoons attract windsurfers and kite boarders to Central and North Kihei beaches and the ocean comes alive with the colorful sails.

We just returned from our vacation and I have to say that this was a great find! The location was perfect for our activities, had plenty of restaurants and shops around and the grounds were peaceful at night. We loved how it was fully equipped with the smallest of details and the owners are very friendly. Gloria kept great communication to ensure we received everything we needed before and right before our trip ended. Would recommend and stay again!

Great Honeymoon Stay!

Just got back from our Honeymoon and this condo was fantastic for us.
Everything was super clean and exactly as described. The owners were great and made sure to contact us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The location was perfect for us. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well as several beaches.

This was a great find, and my wife and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to relax!

Brilliant place to stay!!!!

My wife and I could not believe this beautiful place with fantastic value, it had everything from snorkelling gear to sunscreen, all the cooking facilities, etc. The owners were always available if needed, the photos are exactly as the unit is, lovely balcony and gardens right across from a great beach and small green park with trees. We will be back

Fantastic place to stay, close to lovely beach, shops, transport, highly recommend this place, owners are friendly and helpful, clean, very modern, comfortable bed.

We arrived from Sydney, Australia and loved Maui and knew we would return again within an hour. We will stay with Gloria and Howie again, 150/100 ++++++++++

A great place in a great location!

My husband and I stayed here for six nights and it was completely relaxing! The pictures are true to form (the condo really does look that fantastic!) and the location was super---right across the street from the beach. The owners even had beach towels, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment for us to use. We weren't looking for anything too 'resort-y' and Kihei fit the bill. The condo is close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and the owners were very nice and accommodating. I've already recommended it to several coworkers!
