Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

The building is a national monument, built at the beginning of 1900 as a Hotel which was used by the noble European families as a vacation resort. It is located only few minutes away from the centre of Monaco shopping/living area (Place du Casino). Away from the city noise, the apartment is very quite and extremely safe. Within the facilities available to our guests an ample park and an indoor garden covered by a steel glazed structure designed by architect Eiffel.

Ample parking space is available in the private areas of the building.

The apartment has been recently completely renovated.

The windows of the master bedroom and of the living room offer an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the ocean from Bordighera to Cap Ferrat.

In the apartment, there is a modern computer with high speed internet access and WiFi.

The apartment is available for minimum periods of one week.

Beautiful Beausoleil Apartment

This was a large beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of Monte Carlo. The atrium in the building was lovely and charming. Erminia was extremely helpful when we arrived and throughout our trip. She was a great source of information and just so nice. The place is very spacious with plenty of sleeping areas. The sitting room was a great way to relax all together after a day of sightseeing.
Driving is a bit tight in this area, so a small car should be rented. Taking the steps down and back up from Monte Carlo ensures you won’t gain a pound. We loved the apartment and Beausoleil. I highly recommend the place to anyone wishing to visit Monte Carlo or anywhere in the French Riviera. Nice was a half hour away. Eze is a must see only ten minutes away. The buses in Monte Carlo are very easy to navagate.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car

very spacious with a good view

The apartment was very spacious with a good view over the town and towards the rock. It was excellent value and gave our family the ideal opportunity to spend time in Monaco without spending loads in hotels. Allow about 25-30 minutes to walk up from the sea front below the Casino. Parking was more difficult than anticipated, with very narrow roads and less space than is ideal, but I would say a car is necessary, or you could even use taxis. I liked the facts that the damage deposit was only 100 Euros and that cleaning was included in the price. Free internet on the PC and we found it useful for looking up the name of some of the yachts and learning about their cost, owners etc

"tout était parfait - une vue exceptionnelle !!! pour nos soirées à MONACO, il faut prendre un escalier depuis la résidence jusqu'au casino, ouf le soir pour remonter exclu dans la journée quand il fait chaud. sinon l'appartement par lui même est bien équipée mais pas assez de pression d'eau dans les salles de bains....dans sa globalité nous avons fort apprécié la localisation et le logement."
