Shop at Eastern Market, the oldest European-style market in Washington, or at your choice of two large groceries within a mile. Absolutely Outstanding

Home could not have been more perfect for our needs- Two adults, two children for sightseeing for a week. Plenty of sleeping space, immaculately clean, well stocked, beautiful street, nice deck, and the one potential downside (being close to the highway) didn't bother us at all- couldn't even hear it inside. Walkable to the Capitol/Mall, quick 4 block walk to the Metro and Eastern Market and tons of great restaurants on Eighth just a couple blocks away (must try: homemade pop tarts at Ted's Bulletin- just trust me). Deborah was very helpful and available as well. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Town home in Safe neighborhood.

We stayed in this town home for President's Day weekend while my husband went to a law conference. We split it with another small family so there were 4 adults and 2 small children total. There was SO much space, it is a very big town home with everything that you need! The area was safe which was one of the most important aspects for me. It was such a cute neighborhood, perfect for little strolls with the kids. It was in walking distance of most everything that you need. Free parking and smart trip cards were so helpful. Deborah was a pleasure to work with! I can't rant and rave about her enough. She was prompt with emails and we received our deposit back within 48 hours of leaving. She was super helpful when it came to suggestions of what to see/do with two little kids in DC. She was also very accommodating with parking, as we had two cars with us. Next time we come back, we will definitely be renting from her again (Thank you, Deborah!).

Excellent home near Capitol Hill

Home is in an excellent location for walking or metro ride into National Mall. We stayed for 13 days and found the home to have all the necessities for a long trip. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping for 7 people and good seating for the hang out times. Deborah was incredibly easy to work with and great at responding quickly to our questions. Home is well maintained and easy to move into. The king room is the only room you can hear the freeway from. If you are not used to city noise earplugs are provided. We loved being only one block from Barrack's Row. Wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars to visit. Nice safe neighborhood to walk in day or night. Thank you Deborah!!!
