Villa, 7 Bedrooms, 9 Baths, (Sleeps 14-18)

The grand main entry to the master villa leads down to the professional grade kitchen, living room and out to the expansive pool deck with party gazebo equipped with beer cooler, wet bar and gas barbeque. Stairs up access the second level where a balconied hallway leads to 4 similar master suites, each with huge shower, minibar and TV. Bedroom ceilings have domes with recessed lighting.

The 'guest' villa, connected by garden walls and terrace to the master villa, has two bedrooms upstairs separated by a sitting room, with a bedroom, extra 1/2 bath and kitchenette downstairs, leading out to the common pool area.

Suitable for 4-16 people. The entire property consists of 5 bedrooms with King beds, and 2 bedrooms with two Queen beds each. Each bedroom has small fridge, bar with sink, sculpted headboards and sliding glass doors to a terrace. Each has its own large bath with shower.

Property has been home to many corporate groups for retreats. Includes one covered exterior terrace that qualifies under IRS rules as a conference room rendering tax deductible status.

WEATHER: Los Cabos has perfect weather (average around 78 degrees- a few days per year with a high in the 90's or low in the 60's).

SECURITY: Low crime rate; tourist police to help you around downtown; easy, safe bus system.

FISHING: The best big game fishing in North America, with more marlin caught here than anywhere in the world. There are two marinas.

GOLF: There are dozens of surf breaks nearby. Eight golf courses are open to the public, including Nicklaus, Weiskopf, Norman, Davis Love III, and Dye tracks.

DIVING: Whale sharks, hammerhead schools, reefs and the famous Sand Falls; Decompression Chamber

NIGHTLIFE: Cabo San Lucas clubs are open till 3 AM+ for dancing.

What makes this villa unique

Cabo Bello is the oldest gated community in the area, and all the lots are built out so the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The beach cove is awesome, with never more than a handful of people there. The neighbors are friendly, the streets are safe. The pool has a hottub with waterfall. There is plenty of parking. Security patrols the gated neighborhood, very safe!

What a gem!

This place seriously blew us away. I'm so glad we booked our stay at Villa Las Conchas, absolutely no regrets! We did a ton of research on where to stay, read many reviews and we kept coming back to Villa Las Conchas and we were so glad it was the accommodation we ended up choosing in the end. The pictures do not do it justice, you have to see it in person! Spend time with friends and family while saving money by creating your own meals in the beautiful gourmet kitchen, relax by the beautiful pool and jacuzzi without dealing with the crowds you'd have to share a pool with at a large hotel. We booked this Villa for a large group of girls, all in our late 20's and early 30's, there was tons of room for all of us, it worked for our age group but would really suit all ages, young and old! The location was perfect, close to beaches and downtown Cabo. We can't wait to come back!

Villa las conchas is amazing!!! Beautiful inside and out. Didn't plan on cooking but the gourmet kitchen was so wonderful I made good use of it. all suites are large and comfortable. pool and jacuzzi very enjoyable
a short walk to a very nice beach cove. Glorious sunset. and a great outdoor bar. Felt very safe.
Best vacation ever. Will return.

Perfect Vacation

We have gone to Cabo many times and stayed in several places but we have never enjoyed it as much as we did this last time staying here. It is in a secure, gated community and you felt comfortable whether out walking, going to the beach or shopping. It has a private pool, a professional gourmet kitchen and all of the ammenities you could ever want on a vacation. It is close to shopping and other activities such as golf or fishing. We enjoyed relaxing around the pool and having a quiet glass of wine with friends and family. The kitchen was an added plus and allowed us to have romantic dinner prepared with fresh seafood caught that day. The setting is perfect for any group or type of gathering. Now that we have found this place we are already trying to schedule our next stay here.

NO BAD DAYS AT THESE DELIGHTFUL VILLAS IN CABO

We stayed at this resort last November and it was Outstanding!!!!
We have been going to Cabo for over ten years now with friends, family and sometimes just as a romantic getaway with the two of us, and of all the places we have stayed this one is the best! Great location, just ten minutes from Downtown Cabo, in a gated community with 24hr security and just a walk from your very own private beach. We did some research this time before booking a place to stay, and this Villa came highly recommended by some friends our ours that had stayed there just weeks before.

I know that many people check these reviews before booking a place just like we did, and I can appreciate that. We all work too hard in life to have vacations like this and want it to be memorable…that’s why I recommend this place highly. Cabo is a place of tropical beauty, and needs to be enjoyed by friends and family and I couldn’t think of a better place to fill those memories that this resort. Enjoy!!
