This lovely 3000 square feet pre-war apartment designed by renowned architect Henry Klutho has been completely renovated and furnished for your Jacksonville get-a-way. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the historic Napier building built in 1924. The entire unit has been renovated from floor to ceiling but still preserving the ambiance of the original architecture. The living room is over 600sf with a separate dining room. There is a New Orleans style porch overlooking Riverside Avenue with glimpses of the St. Johns river. The kitchen is appointed with GE Monogram stainless steel appliances including gas stove and 42 inch refrigerator. Two guest rooms share a bathroom with custom shower. The master suite has a custom shower and separate clawfoot tub.

The Napier building is conveniently located within walking distance, 2 blocks, of Publix supermarket and the 5 points shopping area. Many restaurants are near, also.

Enjoyed the Trip

I was just going through all my old travel stuff and came across some info for our trip we spent at your place last Dec. I really wanted you to know how great a time we all had at your place and how homey it felt to all of us. It was a perfect set-up for the family group that went that trip and the apartment had everything we needed. If we ever spend another holiday or any vacation in Jacksonville again you can be sure we will contact you for another stay.

Just returned home after a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. The location in Riverside is great---within walking distance of shops restaurants and grocery store with a gorgeous park just across the street. The apartment is huge--- with large rooms hardwood floors and big windows. Although this property was built in 1924, it has been well maintained and beautifully restored with the most modern features. We look forward to another visit in the near future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

It was a first class experience. The upstairs and downstairs properties are in excellent condition and the mere fact that we never had to speak on the phone to get in and out speaks volumes to your communication and preparedness on the front end. Anything that we needed throughout our stay was available. Our group truly had an awesome trip. Thanks Again!
