Oceanfront condo on a spectacular beach! Watch the sunrise over the water and feel the ocean breeze. Walk directly out on the beach with your own private access. This is a wonderful place for your summer vacation, or a romantic weekend getaway. The gorgeous beach is staffed from Memorial Day through Labor Day by life guards. Take a short walk to the boardwalk, pier, beach shops, and many friendly restaurants.
Our condo is nicely decorated, updated, and includes free WiFi, digital cable, a DVD player (with tons of DVD's), a new full size washer and dryer, all beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. We have an outdoor shower to rinse off and there are two parking spaces. The kitchen is fully-equipped - all you need to bring is your food. Your private oceanfront deck is perfect for dining, watching the dolphins play, or watching the pelicans soar. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom (new mattress), two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a new (June 2013) queen size sleeper sofa.
The unit is on the second floor with a great view of the ocean. On the ground floor is a storage closet with beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and kids beach toys. The storage unit is locked so you can store any beach items you bring. Take the private wooden walkway over the dune directly to your beach. Since it is not located near any major parking areas for day visitors you will have plenty of room on the beach to spread out and enjoy the day! When you are done, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand and help you feel refreshed.
