Gregg and Connie have been coming to Maui Kamaole since 1993, visiting and always hoping to eventually owning a condo in the complex. They held out hoping a unit would become available in the Jassmine (J) complex, which is centrally located in the complex with ocean views, but up high enough on the hill to enjoy wonderful ocean breezes and peaceful serentity. Although we’ve traveled all over, we still find the beauty and magic of Maui unparalleled. Maui is both adventure and sanctuary, exotic yet relaxing, exciting yet peaceful, magical and enduring. J205 is very special and we invite all our guests to share it with us and be our attentive partners in keeping J205 nice and comfortable and a gift for all who stay here.

Maui Kamaole is indisputably the most beautiful property in South Kihei with wonderfully kept sweeping lawns, surrounded by lovely tropical setting (no less than 70 species of plants). It is low density, low rise, and uncrowded; a third of the property is lived in year-long by owners, a third lived in partially by owners, and only a third of it is rented out exclusively year long; the owners who live there all year-round keep a dedicated eye on things and everyone is committed to keeping up the quality of the complex. It is also close to the boat ramp for any fun excursion, within walking distance to some of the best beaches in South Maui for swimming, snorkeling, as well as a wide variety of restaurants and shops and also great walks and jogging and world class golfing to the immediate south in Wailea. It is simply where we love to live ourselves ....
There are many benefits to staying at J205 for our guests, all of which do not incur a premium in rate and all of which we also love and enjoy ourselves when we are at the condo:

This condo was a perfect retreat for our family of 4. The spacious living area and lanai was well utilized and the beach amenties such as boogie boards, coolers, chairs and umbrella's were welcomed. Although BBQ's were located in the parking lot steps away from the unit we found it best to take the kids swimming at the pool and BBQ there while they enjoyed the water. Gregg was extremely easy to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. With a fantastic location, comfortable living arrangements and dependable, proud owners we would highly recommend.
My wife and I just spent 3 weeks in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Maui Kamaole. Our adult son visited us there for the last 6 days of our stay there. He stayed in a very well-appointed loft; both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. The eating arrangements were great, with a choice of eating inside or out on the spacious lanai. The kitchen was generally very well appointed, except for the dishwasher, which while functional, should be updated.
We enjoyed staying in your well-equipped unit. The condo was very spacious, organized and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed all of the amenities (beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers etc.). We enjoyed going to the pools and hot tubs in the complex, as well as all of the spectacular beaches. Highlights include the Road to Hana, hiking the Haleakala crater and snorkeling on the Ahihi Kinau reserve. Visiting Lahaina was also really fun; we had to go back many times for the shave ice from Ululani's! Gregg's tips were very helpful and we referred to them often. We went to Flatbread pizza three times because of his recommendation! All in all, fantastic condo, we hope to be back soon!
This is our favourite complex in Maui. We have been coming to this island since 2005 and stayed in couple complexes in Wailea, but we always come back to Maui Kamaole. This complex provides you with everything you need at a very reasonable price, plus it is very well maintained has perfect location with close proximity to everything we need.
This particular unit is one of the best we stayed so far. It is very well maintained and kept nicely cleaned and organised. Everything we needed to have a wonderful time on the island was provided and the view from the main lanai was a big bonus that we didn’t originally anticipate. The fact that this unit is one of the larger units in the complex makes a big difference as well, as it feels spacious and roomy. We have two little children and extra room makes a big difference for us. The owner Gregg is very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We definitely would love to be back soon and do recommend this unit for people looking to have a very special time on what we see as the best place on earth.
This is or favourite condo and complex in Maui. Just love it, our hearts sing as we open the door feeling right at home. It feels like we never left! This condo is spacious, very well kept & always very clean. It has everything you need as well as beach chairs, toys etc for the beach. The nice size lanai is gorgeous with a lovely view. The location is fabulous, easy to get to anywhere on the island, especially close to Wailea. And Gregg & Connie are super - they have listened to any concerns & get them taken care of quickly, they're great to make vacation plans with & will do everything they can to make your stay beyond memorable! I would definitely recommend staying in This unit as it is very well kept and very spacious. Nice for two couples or family. It is situated nicely in the complex with a partial ocean view. Very convenient to everything and within walking distance to many venues.
There is a nice balcony where you can view the ocean and sunset. It is spacious so you can gather with friends and not feel cramped. The kitchen has everything you need and was in good working order. I would definitely book another holiday. It also had lawnchairs,beach toys and coolers you could take to the beach.
Additional children's community pool, playground & public library nearby; some of the best beaches in Maui nearby or within walking distance; jogging and walking paths all the way to Wailea; short drive to launch off for outrigger canoing with The Maui Canoe Club; 'healthiest cocktail on the island' within walking distance (read our guest comments for directions); generous selection of restaurants, on the ocean front, economic choices, elegant dinning, local meals, shaved ice, international cuisine, fun places to eat, and several great ones all within walking distance; organic/health food store nearby, and fun shopping, also within walking distance.
