No Worries is a lovely newly renovated 3bd/2bth beach house with outside private shower and A/C units in the main living area and Master bedroom. There are also fans in all rooms. There is a covered lanai for relaxing and BBQs, and a large front lawn protected with rock wall for kids and games. Amenities include an upgraded kitchen with new counter tops, sink, and appliances. A new washer & dryer, new bedding & bedroom furnishings, upgraded bathrooms and showers, and new paint throughout. Immaculate and beautifully appointed for your total comfort and enjoyment. Grab a towel and beach chair and walk across the street to the most popular beach in Kona, White Sands Beach. Right next door is Jameson's Oceanfront Restaurant for lunch, sunset cocktails and fine dining. Great location just a couple miles South to Keauhou Shopping Center for shopping, movies, restaurants, and large grocery store. A short hop to Keauhou Bay for catamaran excursions, and a half mile more to Kona Golf Course.

My husband and I recently stayed at No Worries with 2 other couples for a week. It's a great place with plenty of room for 6 people. A few of the positives and negatives:
Positives - very clean (fresh smelling linens and towels), awesome outdoor shower, lots of lush greenery, large yard, outdoor patio perfect for eating, across the street from beach which is good for boogie boarding etc., well equipped with everything you can think of (garage full of beach toys, umbrellas, etc.),10 minute drive to shopping, management very friendly.
Negatives - no dishwasher, kitchen could use updating, some cockroaches in main house, separate guest house OVERRUN with small black ants but Raid and ant traps effective. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towel. Required to wash towels and linens prior departure.
Overall a great place. Would rent again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

12 days in No Worries July 2012

We stayed 6 persons (2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 teenagers (16 + 20 years)in "No Worries" for 12 days in July 2012. We loved every minute of our stay. The house is very cosy and the lanai the best spot in the house. We loved the view over the ocean and the short walk to a very beautiful beach. The house is not luxorious but it contained all we needed to enjoy our stay. We would love to come back sometime.

Great space for kids & adults

Great space for kids & adults

My husband and I, our 2 boys (14 & 11), and my parents spent a lovely time there. The house was very nicely decorated and appointed with all the necessities. The landscaping was to die for and the outdoor shower was so cool and very useful in washing off the sand. The boys LOVED hunting for geckos and staying in their own "bachelor pad" in the rear. Sitting on the lanai for all our meals was beautiful--perfect! We crossed the street everyday to swim at the beach--extremely convenient. It was so nice to find a cooler, boogie boards, and beach chairs to bring with too. Would definitely stay there again. Everyone just loved the house--it was perfect!

Nice place

Great location across from a nice beach. We could see whales swimming by from the front window and only a short drive from town.
