Our condo is a bright and airy Florida property finished in light pastel colors. It is a Deluxe/Ambrose model which makes it larger than a standard one bedroom. 725 sq. ft. including lanai./

Burgundy is 15 to 20 minutes from everything worth doing or seeing in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Burgundy is a 55+ community.

It's grounds are beautiful - well kept and clean. Lemon, lime and orange trees abound! We offer it for rent from mid-December through April on a monthly basis. Burgundy seems to be a favorite spot for snowbirds who usually come back year after year and eventually try to purchase a condo of their own in the complex. If you like friendly neighbors and a quiet, laid-back life style, you will love spending the winter months in Burgundy!
